Just received 5 fs on the Leprechaun slot, very slow when I had a win. I moved over to Cloud Quest with my $0.72 winnings and the slot was lagging terribly.... Such a shame, I would have loved to take the 50% deposit offer but for my mood and sanity it's wiser to let this one go, until Guts have genuinely solved all these issues.

Tonight was last my last 25 until the weekend which makes my anger 100x worse, can't simply go n deposit elsewhere.

WMS are disconnecting every 7-8 spins, Immortal every 10-15, "waiting for server" constantly on Novo's and ultra, super, mega big lag on Netent's.

So unfair on players, no one gives a shit and although I like the chap I won't even try n get hold of Yit's.

Mate if its that bad your should have some free chips from them , i would poke your head in & ask for some nice stuff from them, it does not matter if your a higher player or not , i think the casinos should look after there loyal customers , i closed so many last year due to this & im far better off from it , if GUTS wants to wind me up. they shall go into the bin as well , ive played there so long on & off & really really miss Ben in there to be honest.

Used to be top class with good promo on top, now the promo are a joke and players seem to be last on the list which is another joke as if no player no casino Since they opened up the there own platform for other casino's things started going south which boggles my mind considering that was the casino others looked up to and switched to there platform for such reasons,

Not played there in long time and all I heard is complaints about how bad its been playing there

Experienced the lag last time there was a boost bar at guts (fkng boost bars, my gambling partner is addicted to em) . Did use the monday 40% and made a few boost levels so was good value for a lucky low roller. 0 lag and no disconnects followed by a small wd which was processed within an hour.

NetEnt slots were laggy as hell this afternoon, so switched to Microgaming which wasn't as bad until after an hour when I kept getting "account management" errors.

After all this time, you would have thought they found a fix or added additional bandwidth.

Had a couple of goes over at Guts in the last fortnight or so, both times from 5 free spins which made two healthy balances to have a few hours' of slot frivolities with.

Alas, riches were not forthcoming in either session but I was pleasantly surprised at the normal, stable gameplay to be found on show. Granted, I only played Adventure Palace and DOA but there were no issues, lag- wise and it felt like the Guts of old.

Didn't extend my playtest to any other software so I don't know how well they run. My real question is: Why didn't I withdraw both times?
