Yes, but as per the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , we should be discussing this in your PAB Ticket, not here on the open forums.

In the end it turned out that the OP had misunderstood certain features of the game in question. The casino was adamant that no further compensation to the player was called for. Case closed.

PS. The OP stopped responding to the PAB Ticket so we took that as confirmation that they were done with the issue.
