Question 32Red, Anyone else having withdrawal issues?

So I've been gambling with 32 red for a while now and never had any issues with anything. But on the 12th of April I won £1300 and went to withdraw it but its just been stuck in pending. I've messaged their help 3 times and each time they've said ah there's an issue with payments on that date but don't worry it will be done... I'd tend to believe them but I've made a seperate withdrawal on that same day for £300 and not had any issues and a subsequent £300 withdrawal on the 14th with no issues. I feel like I'm being fobbed off with an excuse and my money seems to just be stuck pending. So wondering is anyone else having issues or am I being lied to as I've not found a single thread or post about it anywhere and their live support is so unhelpful
