Praise for All British Casino

I am generally not one for dishing out praise, especially to casinos, but felt I had to let the community know about an incident yesterday.

i was playing live casino on All British on a game called Funky Time and had suffered 5 losing spins. I had autoplay on and was happy when the 6th spin landed in the top bonus game VIP disco (together with a 4x multiplier) making this bonus potentially very good.When I looked at my screen further my £200 bet on that spot had disappeared but my autoplay was still on and showed i have a further 45 spins to come should I not take autoplay off. I was able to watch the bonus game and everything else appeared normal except my bet had disappeared.

i have had situations similar to this before where the casino will always blame the customer or say your wifi wasnt stable etc.

The power of casinomeister became clearly evident when I spotted somebody else had queried whether All British Casino was down and then I knew for sure that this was not an issue from my end.

Armed with this information I contacted my account manager who immediately confirmed there there had been an issue with their website and they immediately began looking into my issue. It turned out the bonus paid 204 x and i was looking at a £40,200 overall profit on that spin being wiped out. However, All British contacted evolution gaming (the provider) and obtained the proof that i was telling the truth . They are able to tell whether you intended to bet or not.

Within 18 hours of the incident occuring i have been paid the £40,200 for the glitch and the money is now sitting in my account.

Im highly impressed with the honesty and professionalism shown by my account manager and All British and now they have a valued VIP customer for life.

That is fantastic news, so often we see sites quibbling over tens, hundreds and occasionally thousands of pounds - where the player has done nothing wrong but the operator will fight to the end to stop them getting the money they should have won.

For a five figure settlement to be made within 24 hours is outstanding - they could have tried to hide behind the T&Cs but held their hands up and paid out. That's a rare thing in the industry now-a-days.

I'll leave it there otherwise all this praise will go to Jan's head :laugh:

I know lots of casinos who would have taken the scummy way out here. L&L has always been the best group since ive known them. I remember when they only had piddly microgaming and amatic. They have grown so much. I hope its paying off financially for them too. It would be deserved.

L&L reminds me of slotsmillion back before they went shady and changed management.
 
Well done to @L&L-Jan and the team, but let’s not exclude Evo from the praise, they must have provided pretty damning evidence for that to be resolved so quickly.

Quite often an operator has to take a player’s word for it and let’s just say the vast majority of players are not always honest!

I wish other game providers could help resolve such complaints so smoothly.
 
I've never had an account at All British Casino, but my GF did. I remember in 2018, she hit a win on 300 Shields, and the slot underpaid by over 500x. So, we sent an email to the casino, and the next day, all the missing funds were added to her account. My 'Thank You' post is still somewhere here at CM. It's a good example of player friendliness, i would say. If she had been playing elsewhere, they might have easily said, 'We don't see anything in your gaming statistics'. Goodbye...

AllBritish since they add PayPal option they need 2 more stars on payout speed @L&L-Jan
Valid point :) technically we pay out within 10 minutes for unverified players up to £500 and verified players up to £1000. It is an automated process. Out of the scope is Trustly. Also no auto-withdrawal will occur if a bonus was connected to your last deposit and every 5th withdrawal is subject to manual review. Our ratio automated withdrawal vs reviewed withdrawals is 60/40%

As for the case, technically I could indeed hide behind terms but since there was no valid reason from my point of view to do so, I didn't. Customer described on phone exactly what happened, so I just wanted Evo to verify this before crediting the win. What customer descibed and thus saw, was confirmed so we honoured the win.
