Question All British Casino Logout issue?

I just wondered if anyone has been experiencing this problem the last week?

I have been playing and I keep getting logged out while playing slots. IT seems to be worse when I use full screen for a slot.

It is really frustrating and irritating? I just wanted to ask if this is a new thing that All British has implemented to time you out and auto log you out while playing slots?

Please can you fix it ASAP because it makes playing slots super annoying when you instantly get logged out and it refreshes and takes you back to the home page like every 20 minutes ish. I have not timed it but it seems to happen about every 20mins.

Yes, it's not exactly 20 minutes, it's timed to happen the spin before the scatters drop in so can vary.

It's not deliberate, they'd simply put an annoying pop-up nannying message up if they felt you were playing too long, as opposed to logging you out then letting you log back in and continue to play.

Well for me I get logged out automatically while I am playing. I do not get the safer gambling pop ups in full screen. They only show up when in normal mode but I still get those pop ups when not in full screen but the new thing that has been happening for me is as I stated. Just instantly logged out. It shows a weird pop up for like a split second with text I could not read then instantly logged out and refreshes me back to home page and I am then logged out and need to log back in?

I should have tagged Jan but I did not lol

Have PM'ed Jan but it was late Friday PM, he started to look into it but working day must have ended so he'll probably pick it up again tomorrow.

Automatically closes game window and completely logs me out from site and as you say happens every 10-15 minutes or so.

Looked at RG settings etc and although not clued up at all in this sort of thing, do not think it is anything to do with that.

It is irritating and frustrating but I've coped with it due to the fact it is not every 10 spins lol, that would be a different story altogether

Hopefully it is something simple to solve as ABC is my main 'go to' sites these days.

I think it is to do with full screen mode? do you play the slots in full screen? When I play in normal window it does not happen as often. But what I have been doing is clicking my name at the top to open that mini menu up then close it. To try fool the site I am still active.

It is just a session issue where because you are just inside a slot and not clicking around the site or changing games that often the site thinks we are inactive when we are not.

This issue never happened before only started happening a few days ago.

Hopefully Jan can get it sorted next week for us.

have not played in a while there because depositing stopped working but I didnt get disconnected at all and also played full screen.

one good thing abut playing full screen there is the annoying 'what would you like to do' responsible gambling thing would appear behind the games and not disrupt gameplay, maybe they are trying to fix that?

As we stated it has only started happening the last few days ish. As you stated you have not played then you will not have experienced it.

That could be the reason yes. Maybe they are trying to stop people from playing in full screen mode. I mean if they want us to get the annoying pop ups they should just remove the full screen button.

I am sorry you have had issues depositing. Have you spoke to Jan about it?

Yes, I do play full screen, enjoy it wayyy more this way and helps given my ageing eye sight lol

I do think you could be right here, the RG pop ups mentioned by 0923.... were a blessing when hidden behind the game window, noticed that during this "new" error, it does not even get that far, logged out and game window closed (automatically by site) before it even gets to these pop ups.

It literally just logged me out mid spin again so thought I'd check this thread meanwhile lol....

Hopefully as you say, Jan will rectify this easily

have not tried in a while and hardly any casinos made it to my new PC, ABC being one.

Only a very small deposit and session didn't last long but I think this issue seems to have been rectified

Pretty sure I didn't hit the "RG Hour" but in the time I was playing, did not get logged out once *touch wood*

I missed this topic...

Yeah we deployed a function for force logout upon inactivity. Obviously tested properly. Deploy to production and all of a sudden a bunch of players were just logged out after 15 mins. We reverted the change, so that wont occur anymore.

hmm doesnt look like from your logs. Session of 28 min, before that 1h 43m and the login before that was from early morning yesterday. I can only see 3 logins over the whole day? Please send me server time on site next time it happens via pm so I can check with more info.

I was playing Gallo Bruno Megaways and I was in full screen mode when it happened it forced the full screen to exit to show a pop up saying "I need to login to make a bet" It happened pretty much a few mins before I made the post in this thread. So the timestamp should be about 3am UK time.

What is strange is that Sunday evening we removed the code for inactivity from the site. So it should occur at all. I just played 17 mins of Gold Cash Free Spins and I wasn't logged out. Might want to give clearing cache and cookies a try. Or go incognito.

I will try incognito next time I play, I already used my budget this month. So will probably not be until next month now

I had this it drove me nuts but I spoke to someone live who told me some players were experiencing that, then I had a different weird thing happen another night and now so many weird things since including EDD now appearing and I’m not gonna share my bank info anywhere and especially open banking or 2 months bank statements that I’ve sadly said nope, moving on. I thought those inactive messages was cause my phone is no longer updating to get IOS 17… no pings that night with how many hours of been playing either.
