Withdrawal pending all British casino

Hoping someone can help.
I made a withdrawal yesterday with all British casino.
Then had an email to day verification accepted.
I went on live chat to ask how long the withdrawal would be for them to say their sister pub casino are waiting on my enhance due diligence check then sent me back in January.
I haven't been on pub casino for a few months nor did I see the email as it went to junk.
Any how all British casino resent me the email today and I have sent my bank statements off what the asked for in January along with giving them access to my bank account via the link in the email as it states this is quicker.
I still haven't heard anything back and I'm getting abit worried now as it's quite a big pay out (£4000). Could someone offer advice? I have messaged the rep on here... (I think) not too sure how this chat forum works yet🤣

The rep for All British is very active on the forum, so if you have dropped him a message then you will likely here back soon. Be sure that you contacted @L&L-Jan and not someone else.

If for any reason you don't hear back from him by tomorrow, which is very unlikely, then please update this thread.
