ATTN: Casino Rep All British Casino. Are they right or not?

Hi.

I signed up to this casino on saturday I did not get welcome bonus added to my acccount. So they told me they needed to send it off to be looked out.

Today got email saying its been added. However the 100 free spins was not added on book of dead.

When I signed up I had 10 free spins on that game 10p a spin = £1 overall.

I went to live help ask them to add the free spins they forgot to add, they said they could not but will do the vaule of 100 free spins instead.

They added £1..... I told them this is wrong it should be £10 as 100 free spins at 10p is £10..

No matter how much I tried to explain to them they wouldnt have it, they even said there supervisor also said I was wrong and 100 free spins on book of dead is £1.

Please for my sanity tell me if I have this wrong.
