From a complaints point of view — I am after all the Complaints Manager at Casinomeister — All British is about as good as they come: very few complaints on the forums and even fewer through the Player Arbitration (PAB) process; an excellent and very pro-active representative on the forums who usually catches any complaints there before we even have time to alert him to the issue; very prompt responses from the rep on anything we do take to him; 100% reliability on player issues being resolved without fuss or bother. If I was looking for a casino to put on a poster as the perfect example of an exceedingly well run operation All British would be an ideal candidate. Two thumbs up, no hesitation.
