My friend joined All British Casino a few months ago, at first it was fine and his withdrawals were processed instantly. He then tried to withdraw £2500.00 of which he then got a message saying they need more documents from him. He sent them his bank statements as asked and because I transferred money to him at one point they asked for mine. We provided them and he has been waiting a month for the money to be released. Since then they have closed his account and told him they can provide no further feedback other than his account is still being reviewed. He has sent several complaints of which not had one response. He his sat there worrying that his money could be gone and they won’t give it back? It’s crazy how a company can get away with this. Anyone know what he can do to sort this? He’s not very good with things like this hence why I am writing.
