Broke my new years resolution (already) and decided to have a punt online yesterday. Decided to play at ABC as only account i had left. Bit of a swingy session but ended up with a £5k cashout. Withdrew yesterday evening, had the dreaded source of wealth email this morning. Usually I would not be arsed but I am already fully verified with ABC after jumping through hoops last year. THey are claiming (in live chat) that I need to provide bank statements from the 01/10/21 to 07/01/22 and a copy of my wage slip due to hitting the EDD trigger. I was discussing the matter with someone on livechat who disappeared and now no agents available.

Wage slip not an issue - bank statements are. I can only provide statements for October, November and December. January's ones don't get produced until the end of January and HSBC can't give me a custom statement. I have been on live chat who were really helpful and basically told me my funds will be held until I can provide the statement. I have sent over a transaction list for January, but it looks like I will have to wait until the end of January to get my money as that will be the only time i can get the full statement for the account. Took my 3k desposits in a matter of seconds. Have to wait potentially a month to get my money.

They are not allowed to hold a withdrawal to do a SOW check. Try contacting the rep on here to sort it out.

Thats what i can't understand though mate - they have already had (in the past) copies of my bank statements, trading accounts, savings accounts, premium bonds, ISA's and a due dillegence form completed and sent off to them. My withdrawal at the time was around 3k and eventually got processed.

Now i am withdrawing 5k and they want more documents.

@L&L-Jan any chance you can assist with this? I was going to withdraw 5.2k but was told that i couldn't process more than 5k on my card at anyone time and the max was 5. So ive already played the extra 200 that was left over back through the account (my fault, too impatient) but these extra checks just really seam abit much after everything ABC have had off me in the past

High time the UKGC levelled up the playing field in favour of players and started sanctioning casinos stalling withdrawals
with no good reason,seems to me you provided more than enough documentation to satisfy their regulatory requirements.
Surely they must realize you cannot supply bank statement that doesnt exist till the end of the month.
Whether its poor staff training or deliberate stalling, the end result is that they made £200 off you by delaying payment.

Despite providing multiple bank statements and ID docs alongside card photos, I am being refused a withdrawal because All British Casino want another bank statement as I transferred in and out a value weeks before I even opened the account, my bank statement show all my wages coming in that are well in excess of the deposited amount, is this thread correct that they cannot refuse my withdrawal for a SOW check?

Been like for a while - glad you got it sorted but cautionary tale for any depositing (esp in largish amounts) there - they will SOW you and they will withhold your withdrawal.

I have a question about all British withholding my withdrawal of £2150 on the basis of hitting the thresholds although I had already previously and was still able to withdraw a sum on the same day as the withdrawal they are withholding.The have asked for photo identification of which I do not have currently have due to unforeseen circumstances.I do have proof of address but that is it and have been told that my withdrawal will be on hold until they have this.Surely they should either release my winnings or return my deposits! As I am sure that under the rules of identification could have been asked for sooner( already hit apparent threshold of £700 then it should not be be asked upon withdrawal.

Please let me know if this is not correct.Any advice would be helpful

Send the requested documents instead searching for some solutions that are not welcome in their T&C ! They have the right to request this photos and docs . And if you have nothing to hide i don't know where the problem should be ?!

The problem is that I do not have have any identification (photo) due to unforeseen circumstances and finding it very difficult to obtain a new one
