You should have no reason to hide behind attorneys, given your comments on this forum as your Companies representative i believe i should of been entitled to an open response. However before we go any further i am quite happy to have a telephone/skype call on a without prejudice basis with yourself,Tim or Lasse and see if there is any way of resolving this. Should you wish to avail of that option simply pm me and we can set it up.If i don't hear back from you via pm on casinomeister by 6pm UK time this evening i will take it you do not wish to avail of that option , i will have offered it you will have refused.

I was going to start a thread but i thought it prudent to try and resolve it and i responded to something directed at me within this thread, Yits could easily of sent ME a PM on the issue if that's how he wanted to handle it (he had a PM from me the other day which is unanswered). The other reason it wasn't a PM was i did not wish to start a thread and have anyone on here saying i was unreasonable.

I actually think it's BS for me to be in any way made out the pariah in this sorry tale. This has gone on way too long and every opportunity has been given to Yits to qualify his previous remarks and innuendo and he hasn't done so. I have done absolutely nothing wrong here apart from defend myself as i will continue to do. That will be my last comment on this thread and as per your advice if needs be i will start one specific to my situation.

I can be really " pita" when i am heavily drunk. Yits, Captain , Ben , Tony and Robin has see that side of me.. I have had stressed times too much this year. ( baby and my wife )

Still Yits is taking care of my account like others which i mention. Many others would just "ban" me out..:D

For weeks it has sucked playing at Guts, such odd lag, disconnects, LOT's and LOT's of it.

But I still play there lol, Love Guts! - maybe it's resolved now?

Not sure what other stuff is about that don't seem to fit but Meh, despite the annoying as buggery issues, Guts still rocks on for me!

Them errors codes are a pain, techie or no techie your not getting rid of them if its not from your side thats causing the problem,
 
Sad to say I have given up on Guts. Too laggy and slow for me from just slow sluggish ADSL2+ line here in Australia, Australia is 10000 times behind with internet speed today sadly and this does not help with Guts make situation worse. Its almost unplayable for me. So I stick to Rizk that is alternative to Guts that work the best.

Thats what I cannot understand, Does Rizk not run of guts platform??

I have no trouble with Rizk or just the normal time to time error.

Surely we cannot all be wrong??

Just to let you know, I have had terrible gameplay getting disconnected all the time, I did go on to live chat and was told it must be my browser and the usual things clear cache etc, that was last week,I deposited £10 the other day to check gameplay before I deposited my usual 100 but I got disconnection errors at least 4 times, so I just did not bother depositing. always error 211 or 18?

I am just making you aware here as I dont need individual treatment I would just like it to be fixed so I can get back playing there :)

Unfortunately not yet, it is another few years away to go. So for now I can get alternative is Uniti Wireless for local Adelaide only. Cost of setup though will be $300 for first time user and then $60 a month or so. It does not come cheap of course. My mum wants to stay with ADSL2+ here at home. When I move out next year I get Uniti wireless fo rmyself as I am hard of hearing I don't use telephone anyway. I can use online relay service anyway.
 
Ahh fair enough, yes well with lag issues and being on adsl2 it is not going to help your cause at all... and heck I thought NBN was almost everywhere, guess not, feel for you on adsl2 tho :(

OK guys, managed to answer some PMs, will get more done tomorrow.

I can assure all players who were real money active at the confirmed times with intermittent interruptions (see my previous post on thread) that they'll receive a gesture of nice bonus funds by EOD tomorrow.

Players at other times complaining I can do nothing for in the immediate term, but I can earnestly promise that I am taking note and forwarding them.

Please understand that no matter how much I would like to in theory, I cannot look at your gameplay in meticulous detail individually, nor am I technical enough in most cases to extract and examine deeper logs. I can however commit to sending through what I can, and giving a solid gander at each one of your accounts to see if I can somehow see something that stands out in particular to the naked eye. So far, the ones I have checked, I can see little at first sight but some game round gaps do indeed appear to be delayed a tad. That's already something.

And of course feel free to send more PMs and/or emails addressed to CS with the subject line advised if you haven't yet done so, and we'll add you to the lists.

Have a good one all, bear with us and may the bandwidth be withe you.
 
I had lagging and disconnections also, it happens sometimes at many Casinos but I know it will all be good again :thumbsup:

Love Guts and Rizk as long as we have great reps like Yits and the Captain we don't need to worry :)
 
Had to await incident report - and there was no real 100% confirmation that it was having a proper widespread effect, until a few days later.

Hope that helps a bit to clarify. BTW, on the same day Rizk will have been as equally affected as us, but they aren't receiving those widespread complaints. Just goes to show fleeting and hard to grasp some of this stuff is...

One thing we can conclude though - the players who complain about repeated lag on CM are the same 5-15 folks time and time again. The previous time it kicked off big-time, we actually asked tech to investigate player's geo-location to see if that could be of influence, but to no avail I'm afraid.

If possible, can I ask those affected to maybe just log and and have some spins when you are not in the neighbourhood - say your visiting someone a few towns down or more. If you have a chance, please try to experiment and keep track of results and details in question. I know it may be a bit much to ask, but it could theoretically help us.

Good man, I was not playing on them dates but posted screen shot from the other day, I know sites get erors and that cannot be helped but its overboard on guts, I played Rizk a few times and all was good

Conterny to what has been said, we know your a good site and no doubt about that and brilliant reps, its the answers people are looking for,

Like the boss said, Its not the end of the world but if you starving and go to MacDonald to get empty bag with a sauce you are not going to be happy.

If theer was errors that was out of your conteroll than why a week to state this?

OK guys,

So far only 4 players who PMed me complaining about lag on the 1st/2nd December (CET). I've addressed them in person.

No emails forwarded to me from support for anyone complaining about the other days? I'll chase them now to see if they may have overlooked anything, but I was expecting a barrage of emails clogging my inbox! :p

Feel free to do as advised beforehand but do please try not to report everything on thread, as that will increase the chances of me missing it, and delay any investigatory actions. From a purely organizational POV, forum threads are not effective - and so is the CM PM system I'm afraid. They serve a good purpose, but keeping easy track of things large, multi-faceted issues is not one of them I'm afraid.

Hope you all understand, feel free to keep 'em coming.

Not me Yits:D The last time I complained was a few years ago when GUTS were still on the EM platform.
 
I think i have managed to collect every mg error there is today.
also wms slots give error after 2 or 3 spins..
playngo doesnt give error but one round takes around 10seconds

They told me that i should clear my cookies... :D
