I haven't said that we don't have server interruptions or configuration errors that would kick a player out of the game, just as it happens with every casino operator. However, it's important to realize the difference from being kicked out of the game due to some connection issue, and outright calling a casino rigged or a scam.
I'd also like to point out that as per the screenshots you attached, its quite clear that we did take your concerns seriously if there was something that we could find not to be working properly. But that doesn't mean that every time your experience delay with the games, every one in the casino is affected.
I have to say I'm a bit confused as you in your original post was frustrated because we closed your account, and now mentioning we should have closed you sooner. I'm not sure if there's some common ground here, but I think the screenshots in my last post support our claim that closing your account for RG was the right call.
You can of course be of a different opinion, which I respect, and I wish you all the best in another casino.
