Resolved Bitstarz refusing my Austrian Driving License

Hello there Guys,

so i requested a withdrawal of 170€ @BitStarz and i got a Email saying, they need some stuff from me for Verifying. My last verify there was 2016. So after my Passport got rejected bcs it expired in June i used the option and send them my Driving License from Austria. So this got rejected aswell - bcs they want something with expire date. I mean how can i have the option to verify through my Driving License and bcs our Austrian Licenses do not have an Expire Date, it is getting rejected even tho it is an Legit Document. Like i would need to wait 2 Months for a new Passport as a Croatian in Austria. I just dont understand this - pls enlighten me Guys. Maybe im in the wrong but why is there an Option to verify through it whenever i do not accept the Licenses of some Countries.

So alright i saw it is expiring 2033 - bcs i got my License 2004 - before 2013. Means it it still a legit Document. Then i have to change it to a Card at latest.

@maxd Thank u very much for the Information! <3 I hope aswell we can resolve that quick, hopefully without PAB. I never had any Issues with Bitstarz and i withdrew in the past without problems. As i mentioned im actually verified since 2016. I'd love to keep playing there.

A rather unusual situation, but I didn’t quite understand, are you still waiting for an answer from them? Or it was a categorical "no"

I found it actually in English so people actually know what im talking about. @OliverCooper No answer to this at all - i still dont know why they reject my Driving License, wich is still an absolutely valid Document.

UPDATE: Even tho i got not informed through the Rep here or through Mail - no communication at all ... I checked my Account randomly and to my Suprise my Driving License Documents where not "Declined" anymore but instead now approved. Even tho im happy that the Problem got resolved, obviously, somehow - but i still have mixed feelings, about that. Am i getting again problems withdrawing next time bcs of that or is this finally completely resolved. I would really appreciate some sort of Communication if possible.
