Looked Bot'ish, but one or two spelling errors suggests it is some type of human, who is probably also firing the automated replies occasionally so he can pause to suck on a tobacco bong.

Played there for 10 years during the poker boom. Nothing positive to say about them.
 
When I worked for Ladbrokes in Gibraltar circa 2000 - 2005, Cassava who operated Casino On Net as 888 were known as then, moved their operation from Antigua to Gibraltar in 2002 and their offices were located in the same building as ours.

Being such a small place the workforce in the iGaming industry on the rock pretty much knew people and had friends who worked at other gaming firms. We also tended to drink in the same places after work as well.

Speaking to several employees of Cassava, they stated that the sole reason they operated back then a 72 hour reverse withdrawal period was so as players would not be able to reverse any withdrawals and play it back. No flushing of said withdrawals was allowed.

So just this alone explains what their ( 888's ) outlook towards players is like.

Removal of the reverse withdrawal facility from all licensed operators was an action the UKGC can be applauded on.
 
This is par for the course for many sites I’ve found - Casino Rewards pulls the same tactic. Address document approved, ID document approved, minutes later email saying address document not approved - send that one in again - approved! ID document not approved - and around and around ya go. 888 did it to my buddy a couple weeks ago when he turned 50 bucks into over 20k in 6 minutes. Good thing however was he requested 19k and once documents were approved he received the whole sum in 24 - 30 hrs.

Their idea is some (such as myself ) won’t be able to help themselves and will inevitably start dipping into the withdrawal request funds… Casino Rewards is worse because you can only withdraw once per week - max amount limited to 4x your total deposits otherwise it’s 3 or 4K per 7 days - and if you alter your withdraw request amount they reset the timer on your request - takes 3-4 business days to “process” your request (I think)… so if you even remove 50 bucks from your original request on a Tuesday/Wednesday you aren’t seeing that money till the following week now.
 
this way my one to go casino back in the day,888/777 had some lovely wins,free man utd tickets and christmas hampers,but when the SOW/SOF hit me and i did send bank statements they still wanted more n more,so i not played there in 2 years
 
I don't get why people keep trying to pass all the various tests the casinos put in front of us.
Due to boredom with a couple of my current casinos I decided to join 32red a couple of months ago. They asked for a copy of my Drivers License as ID so I scanned it and sent it off. Came back as an error. Tried again a couple of times with no luck so gave up. Apparently my scanner was cutting off the corners which the automated system 32red uses needs to see.
That's their problem, not mine. There are loads of other casinos in the UK who can do their checks in the background via soft credit checks etc. (I signed up with Lottomart instead).
