Hi guys. Can anyone help me, I'm having an issue with the verification of my bank documents on playojo. I sent them twice because the other documents were approved and i hadn't received an answer concerning bank documents. I got a message saying I sent them twice but hasn't been approved since and it's been a week.

Hi i write to this topic my own problem with this casino.

I have registered last summer to playojo, but i made first deposit just last day and send also all documents (same documents which has passed every kyc proces), but the issue is, they will not want to check those , support tell me last day that no more than 12h usually now over 24 hours. they dont answer email or livechat 3 emails , i havent heard anything from this rogue place. Skillonnet is one of crap i say.
How can this casino contact last day i wait 4 hours on livechat before i got contact person that "livechat"
 
Hello all!

Newbie here so hopefully I'm in the right place, as wasn't sure where or how to start a new thread.

I've been playing on playojo for a while and finally got a decent win. But before withdrawal they require funding evidence, which I happily provided 4x pay slips. 4x bank statements and a P60. But no no avail the documents keep being rejected for some reason this has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now I've sent emails spoken to bots and keep getting the same generic response. Any and all help would be appreciated
