Bitstarz not processing the withdrawal

Hello there guys, I requested a withdrawal on January 5th, but, it took me a day to get verified after the site kept refusing my official address proof documents. After finally approved I thought the withdrawal would be sent instantly as it is advertised on the website (7 minutes for Interac E-Transfer). However, now @BitStarz is saying that my withdrawal is under review and gave me a timeframe of 24-48 hours, which already passed and they are not giving me any information. Please help and thank you.
