Suddenly can no longer deposit via etransfer on Bitstarz

Hello, I have been playing on bitstarz for over a year and it is one of my absolute favorite sites and I play quite regularly however I went to go and make a deposit on November 1 and suddenly can only deposit using bitcoin when I have been using etransfer since I pretty much started
I contacted customer support and they couldnt provide an answer to me as to why it suddenly was no longer an option, I know its not an option with my email address and interac as I use the same email at other sites and am able to etransfer to those sites without issue.
Has anyone else ever had this issue or is someone able to help explain why this would happen? I miss playing on bitstarz but do not want to open a bitcoin account to do so
@BitStarz are you able to shed light on why this happened?

Same prob here kept getting error when trying Neteller
Havent spoken to support did deposit vis MC instead but still

Thank you for the reply, my deposit screen no longer shows any option for deposit other than bitcoin, very frusterating when i have been playing with interac since i joined

Mine did the same thing so I cleared history and cookies , restarted computer and now it shows all payment methods.

Have you spoken to support? they're very helpful. Olle must be away as he would get it all fixed straight away :)
 
Yes ive reached out to support multiple times and am told they just don't have interac as an option for me, but can't clarify why, hency why I came to this forum and did a post a month ago and tagged the Bitstarz rep but have never had a reply from them, I appreciate your reply :)

I'm not sure, I have seen him commenting on other posts when I've been online over the last month so am not sure, I am new to the forum so don't know the protocols for these type of things but am a bit disappointed that it's been over a month before anyone (albeit 2 very kind peopl) made any comment on my post at all since it's had over 300 views when I last looked i believe
