Hello, I have a problem with this casino. I email them – but I receive no answer. I have contacted chat support to ask about a withdrawal – they state that the documents are verified and the withdrawal will be processed soon.
But, I check my account and the withdrawal is not processed.
I contacted chat again and when I ask about my withdrawal they ignore me. Please help
Golden Lady Casino owes me $2000 and they just delay and delay for months. Customer service promised me latest today that they where going to pay me. Nothing yet.

They are stalling me at every point keep saying it will be paid soon
I have deposited £1000s into the casino with no issues so I thought they would treat me a bit better

There seems to be a pattern here.
And when players complain about receiving Golden Lady’s casino spam, they receive emails like this:
The email states that the casino is going to report this player to other online casinos. Reason? “Putting unusual allegations about the online gambling casino’s” What the hell is that supposed to mean?
So the bottom line is if you complain, they will send your private personal information to whomever they choose. Unethical rogues.
