FuturePlay Review
Wide variety of accepted cryptocurrencies
Casinomeister's Verdict
FuturePlay Casino is a relatively new site, launched just last year, in 2023. FuturePlay Casino is owned and operated by Dama N.V. – a group not without its past but one that operates solidly today.
A promising crypto-focused casino with instant payouts
From the desk of Max Drayman
From what I can tell FuturePlay is a pretty new offering from the Dama NV group. That’s not a bad thing, it just means that they haven’t been around long enough for us to have received any complaints and thus there’s not much to say from the Player Arbitration (PAB) point of view. What we can say is that Dama NV has over the last few years emerged as one of the most trust-worthy and professionally run groups in the business. They have MANY casinos and that means that I’ve had ample opportunity to test their service, see their reliability, and learn to respect the people they have running the business. Put it this way: I’m happy to receive any complaint against a Dama casino because I know it’ll be resolved quickly and with a fairness that I see from precious few other large casino groups. FuturePlay I don’t know, but Dama gets two thumbs up from me and that bodes very well for the casino.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
FuturePlay Casino aims to offer a solid gaming experience to all players. Like similar casinos in the group, you will find a great welcome bonus. There are four distinct bonuses to claim. There is also a great loyalty program, and we will cover the details of both below.
Welcome Offer At FuturePlay Casino
FuturePlay Casino offers new players a generous welcome bonus on their first four deposits with free spins, too. This lets you sign up to the casino, claim a deposit bonus, and test out the games without risking as much of your cash. Like all casino bonuses, the deposit bonus at FuturePlay Casino comes with some terms and conditions, which we will examine below. Firstly, let’s examine how the deposit bonus works.
New players can claim a bonus on their first four deposits. This means there are four deposit bonuses in total. The first deposit bonus is a 100% match of up to 1 BTC plus 100 free spins. To qualify, you need to deposit at least 30 USDT. The spins are usable on the BGaming slots Candy Monsta or Fruit Million. This bonus comes with 40x wagering requirements – both on the deposit match and the free spins. The free spins also have a maximum $400 withdrawal limit.
The second deposit nets another 100% match of up to 1 BTC, with 50 free spins on a BGaming slot. The wagering requirements are slightly lower here: 35x. This activation bonus must be claimed within three days, and any bonus sum you earn from the free spins is also subject to a maximum $400 cash-out limit.
On your third deposit, FuturePlay Casino offers you a 100% matched deposit bonus of up to 1 BTC. This time, you will also receive 80 free spins. Both bonuses have wagering requirements of 35x, and the free spins can be used on Candy Monsta or Fruit Million. The maximum withdrawal from the free spins is capped at $400. However, after activation, bonus spins can be used for seven days, so you’ve got a little longer to use them.
Lastly, the fourth deposit bonus provides a final 100% match up to 1 BTC, with 180 free spins. These free spins are credited to your account over three days: 60 free spins daily. Unfortunately, the wagering requirements increase slightly here: 40x for both bonuses.
It’s a pretty decent bonus, in honesty. If you’re a Fruit Million or Candy Monsta fan, you’ll have no issues. The only thing we’d like to see change with the welcome bonus would be more slots available for the free spins. For example, it would be great to see slots from Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Relax Gaming, or Push Gaming available. It would also be nice to see the max bonus cashout limit increased. Finally, whenever you claim a bonus – whether the welcome bonus or reload bonuses – be aware of the max bet and excluded games. For example, most live dealer gambling products are excluded, so remember this.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
When writing, we found no no-deposit bonuses or no-deposit free spins promotions at FuturePlay Casino. If this changes, we will update this casino review accordingly.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
FuturePlay offers a multi-tiered, innovative rewards program with seven levels catering to all types of players, from rookies to high rollers. Each successive tier unlocks better perks, higher rewards, and increased benefits.
To unlock the Rookie tier, for example, you must wager 10,000 USDT, and the Hall of Famer tier – the highest – is unlocked by wagering a whopping $5 million USDT! In between, players progress from Trailblazer to Champion, Global Icon, Legendary, and the exclusive invite-only Chairman status.
The loyalty program perks are pretty good; Rookie members earn 5% weekly cashback up to 2,000 USDT, a 30% Sunday reload bonus, and 50 USDT on/off bonuses. The value of these perks scales accordingly. Hall of Famer VIP members, for example, enjoy 10% weekly cashback, 90% Sunday reloads up to 400 USDT, and 1,500 USDT on/off bonuses. Wagering requirements also decrease at higher levels, down to as low as 15x.
One thing we found very interesting at FuturePlay Casino is the Bring Your Own VIP system. The BYO VIP lets you transfer progress and status from other platforms by submitting three months of betting history to confirm your activity. Here’s what FuturePlay Casino says about this unique feature:
“A few simple steps on how you can get a headstart in FuturePlay VIP:
- Step 1: Simply email BYO@futureplay.com with three months of betting statements.
- Step 2: Our VIP team will evaluate your betting history and confirm your new VIP tier.
- Step 3: Enjoy the perks and benefits of starting from an advanced FuturePlay VIP Tier.”
Regarding limitations, weekly cashback maxes out at 2,000 USDT regardless of your loyalty program level The minimum deposit required to claim the Sunday reload bonus is 30 USDT. (Other promotions may have different minimum deposit limits.) So, while there are wagering requirements, it’s a pretty generous loyalty program, in our opinion. We also really like the Bring Your Own VIP function, which we rarely see today.
Tournament Prizes
At the time of writing, FuturePlay Casino has a single tournament that spans February 2024. However, given the detailed prize pool and structure, we expect additional tournaments to take place once this one has finished.
The current tournament has a $500 USDT prize pool plus 400 free spins distributed across the top 10 players by rank. You need to wager on online slots to earn tournament points – table and live games are excluded. Each $1 wagered equals ten tournament points. The more points earned, the higher you rank on the leaderboard; finish high, and you win more!
In this current tournament, the prizes range from a $200 USDT first prize (plus 100 free spins) to 20 free spins for 9th and 10th place winners. 2nd place awards $150 and 50 free spins, 3rd takes $100 and 40 free spins, and so on. The free spins can be used on specific BGaming slots for this promotion.
Unfortunately, there are wagering requirements on tournament winnings, which is something we find odd. The wagering requirements for cash prizes and free spins are 40x, which is pretty high.
There are over 25 slot games pre-approved for tournament play, ranging from titles like Moon Princess, 15 Grand Gold, Loki’s Riches, Good Luck & Good Fortune, and more from leading providers. You can try demo versions before entering the tournament. This list could well change, however, so don’t assume you’ll be able to play these games in future tournaments.
So, while we feel the wagering requirements are far too high for a tournament, it’s good to see FuturePlay Casino offering tournaments. Far too many casinos have stopped doing so, and it’s great to see FuturePlay Casino running them.
Banking & Payment Methods
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, And More!
Whether you’re looking to play featured games from software providers like Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Push Gaming, and Booming Games, live games from Evolution Gaming, or want to play engaging games in the weekly tournaments, one thing remains constant: you need to be able to make deposits and withdrawals! Thankfully, FuturePlay Casino offers plenty of payment methods. However, you should be aware that it’s a crypto-focused casino, so you won’t be able to deposit directly into your account using conventional payment methods like bank transfers and credit cards.
Regarding currencies, you can play at FuturePlay Casino using BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, DOG, USDT, XRP, ADA, BNB, and USD. All of the above cryptocurrencies are payment methods supported at FuturePlay Casino. The minimum deposit limits are slow – usually around $10.
However, you can deposit using your credit or debit card using one of two crypto-purchasing systems: Mercuryo and CoinsPaid. Both of these external companies take payment from you and once confirmed, they send the crypto directly to your FuturePlay Casino account. This process is near-instant, and once you make your payment, the coins are generally available within seconds.
Withdrawal Speed
Like most online casinos in the Dama N.V. group, there are withdrawal limits you must be aware of. Players can withdraw €15,000 per month or €7,500 per week. While we prefer to see online gaming sites without limits like this, we understand that as a smaller operator, they need to preserve their cash flow. It’s also likely that VIP players can request higher withdrawal limits. However, this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw using conventional payment methods. You must withdraw using Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, CoinsPaid, Ripple, or Cardano. However, FuturePlay Casino does boast of instant processing times. They claim that withdrawal should take less than one hour to reach players. Of course, big wins or suspicious gameplay may result in manual checks, which could lengthen this time frame. Provided, however, that your account is verified, you can expect instant withdrawals most of the time.
On the subject of withdrawal verification, we found this clause on the casino’s website:
“The Casino reserves the right to request verification documents before being able to process your withdrawal (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.), following standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, even if you have previously provided similar or other documentation) as well as to hold any refunds for the time needed to check your identity.”
We’ll discuss the KYC and account verification checks later in this review.

Responsible gaming
FuturePlay Casino seems to take responsible gambling seriously, and they certainly do a better job than most Curacao-licensed casinos. The online casino offers players various tools to control their gaming. One helpful feature is the ability to set personal limits on deposits, losses, wagers, single-game bets, or overall account activity.
Players can customize these limits according to their needs. For example, you could set a $200 per week deposit limit or a $400 per month loss limit. These limits are self-managed, and any limit decreases occur immediately. Any increase, however, requires email confirmation and a waiting period.
In addition to customizable personal limits, players at FuturePlay Casino can initiate cooling-off periods where they cannot deposit or access promotional offers. The online casino also offers a self-exclusion scheme, which allows you to completely close your account for a longer period.
The casino also provides direct contact information for two external resources – Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare. Providing links like these may be cookie-cutter stuff, but it’s still good to see, and we felt the responsible gambling page was detailed and adequate. While no tools can prevent gambling addiction, FuturePlay Casino provides a robust set of options for players to manage their online gambling.
Customer support
FuturePlay Casino offers convenient ways to reach its customer support team. Regardless of whether you have questions about the main welcome package bonus, want to know minimum deposit limits for specific payment methods, or run into problems playing slot games or live casino games, the customer support team will be happy to assist. There are two channels available to contact the customer support team.
Firstly, you can contact the casino’s customer support team via email. Their support email address is contact@futureplay.com. According to FuturePlay Casino, this customer support email address is monitored day and night, so they’re able to respond as quickly as possible. While they don’t give any exact response times, we’d guess it would be well within 24 hours.
In addition to their support email, FuturePlay Casino also offers customer support via live chat. This is the preferred method of contacting the casino, as it saves you from needing to wait for a response to your email. Once you initiate a live chat conversation, you will generally be connected with an operator in just a couple of minutes. You can then talk in real time about your question or problem. The live chat facility runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, too!
Finally, FuturePlay Casino also has an FAQ section. This can be accessed by clicking the respective link in the footer. While it covers some of the basics – what to do if you forget your password or how to resolve game crashes – it’s pretty limited, and we’d like to see the online casino expanding this section in the future.
KYC
FuturePlay Casino seems to have robust identity verification procedures in place to comply with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering regulations. When players request withdrawals, the casino reserves the right to initiate additional “Know Your Customer” (KYC) checks, which are becoming ever-more standard in today’s online gambling world. Whether you play exclusive Machina sports games, classic table games, or even sports betting, the casino operates legally, which means, from time to time, they are required to carry out these checks.
The KYC process typically involves providing proof of identity and address through documents like government IDs, utility bills, and bank statements. FuturePlay Casino lays out the required documents in their terms and conditions; for players unable to provide them, the casino may ask for live video verification where the player shows their actual documents on camera. You may also be required to have a quick verification phone call at the online casino’s discretion.
While we were unable to find any information on time frames, we did find the following from the casino: “To upload the required documents, go to your personal profile and click on the ‘Documents’ tab. Please note that the file size should not exceed 2MB. Accepted file formats are pdf, gif, jpeg, jpg, bmp, png, and tif. Once the documents are uploaded, please wait until we check them and verify your account. You can find out the status of your documents by clicking on the ‘Documents’ tab like before.”
Given how much of the site is already instant, we’d imagine the KYC verification times are kept to a bare minimum. If we receive clarification from the casino’s team on how they process documents – and in what time – we’ll update this casino review accordingly.
Note: If you use one of the two crypto purchasing options – Mercuryo and CoinPay – you will also likely be asked to verify your identity with these crypto providers. However, this has nothing to do with FuturePlay Casino and is a regulatory requirement for both.
Website Experience and Features
When putting this FuturePlay Casino review together, we extensively tested their website – and mobile casino. On the whole, the site does a pretty good job. Loading times are kept to a minimum, and games load quickly. You play games directly through your internet browser window as all are now HTML5.
The website looks pretty good, and you’ll see a purple and black color scheme, with most of the website text displayed in white or light grey. The sign-up process is straightforward; simply hit the “Sign Up” button in the top right-hand corner of the page to register an account in a couple of minutes.
The only website language currently available is English. While we’d like to see this change in the future, most of the countries currently accepted at the casino are English-speaking or have – generally – large percentages of their populations who speak English. The main navigation menu is a hamburger menu on the left-hand side of the page, and there is also a smaller menu at the top. There is also a site-wide search function that allows you to look up software providers or games.
Now, onto what we don’t like. To be honest, the site is pretty solid, and aside from the lack of non-English languages, we have no minor complaints. Minus one; the “Come Back We Miss You!” text that flashes in your internet browser tab when you navigate away from the page. This is something we first saw many years ago from Jumpman Gaming casinos, and it’s never popular with players. In fact, for most, it ends up achieving the exact opposite of what the casino wants to achieve; players see it as predatory and irritating and are actually more likely to shut the tab and leave!
It instills a slight sense of desperation – and why should players be made to try and feel guilty simply for navigating away from the casino? Maybe they have an urgent email they need to reply to; do they really want to see the annoying text flashing? Hopefully, FuturePlay Casino can rectify this, as it’s not the early 2000s anymore!
Now, on the mobile casino side of things, FuturePlay does not have a dedicated mobile casino app – although this is not unexpected, nor is it something we mark them down for. Most players are more than happy to play from their mobile device’s internet browser (many prefer not to install apps), and the casino is fully mobile-optimized. They also have an “add to desktop/home screen” button at the top of the page which allows you to create a desktop shortcut.
The mobile casino was fast when we wrote this FuturePlay Casino review. The casino claims to offer more than 4,000 mobile games, and the site – while smaller – offers pretty much all the same functionality you’d find on the main desktop version.
Brand games
Providers
We’re always happy to see an online casino offering various games. FuturePlay Casino does just that, and its online casino games come from many game developers.
The complete list includes Softswiss, Affilka, 1×2 Gaming, Pragmatic Play, WazDan, NetЕnt, Bgaming, NoLimit City, Hacksaw, Spinomenal, Booming Games, Play’n GO, 1x2gaming, KA Gaming, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Quickfire (by Microgaming), Push Gaming, ELK, Golden hero, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, BigTimeGaming (via Relax), RelaxGaming, 1X2 Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, Play’n Go, Spinomenal, Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, Netent, Bgaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Relax Gaming, Booming Games, Bet Soft, Mascot, and Wazdan.
In the following sections of this FuturePlay Casino review, we will examine different casino games you will find at the casino, including online slots, live dealer games, casino table games, and progressive jackpots.
Crash Games
FuturePlay Casino also offers Crash Games – online casino games that have become increasingly popular at crypto-focused sites. Crash games are a new type of online casino games that offer an exciting gambling experience, different from what you find with conventional slots and tables. The basic idea involves a multiplier that increases rapidly on screen, starting from 1x.
You simply bet on where you think the multiplier will crash or stop increasing. The longer the multiplier rises before crashing, the bigger the potential payout.
FuturePlay Casino features an excellent selection of cutting-edge crash games from top providers. Titles include classics like “Plinko” and “Mines” from Spribe, as well as innovative new games like “Aviator” from Spribe and “Triple Cash or Crash” from Betsoft Gaming.
Other titles include Pilot Cup, Gift X, Big Bass Crash, Paper Lanterns, Pilot Coin, and Keno. You will also find a couple of instant win games that aren’t Crash games, but are listed here; this includes “Dice” and Hi-Lo
FuturePlay’s Online Sportsbook
FuturePlay Casino also operates an extensive sportsbook covering all major sports, plus a wide variety of niche leagues globally. On the homepage, markets range from NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB to events in Korea, China, Tunisia, India, and more.
For popular leagues, you’ll find moneylines, spreads, totals, props, and live betting. They also offer derivatives on cyber games, esports matches, and even table tennis contests. We found the depth of market coverage to be strong, and the online sportsbook also offers a deposit bonus for new punters. For example, you can claim a 30 USDT risk-free bet and a free bet bankroll offer of up to 1,000 USDT.
Regarding odds, most moneyline odds fall between -200 to +200 in American format, with decent odds on most sports we examined. We like the modern, slick look of the sportsbook, and it’s clear the online gambling site has worked hard to make sure both casino players and bettors can enjoy their online betting with ease.
Perhaps most interesting, however, is the site’s inclusion of Machina Sports. In their own words: “Machina Sports (pronounced “ma-kee-na”) categories all sports that involve the use of machines or technology as integral components. It emphasizes the fusion of human athleticism with non-human elements like Drones, Jetpacks, AR & VR technology, Autonomous or Flying vehicles, and more.”
It’s a highly unique concept – one few other online sportsbooks offer – and it allows you to bet on markets like FPV Drone Racing, Flying Car Racing, and Drone Soccer. Who said the future isn’t exciting, huh?
Online Slots At FuturePlay Casino
One of the most important aspects an online casino needs to think about today is the game range that it offers. Launching a white-label site and filling it with games is easy, but great casino sites go well beyond that, partnering with small and large game studios and offering various games. Slots are, at most sites, the core part of their game offering, and that’s the case at FuturePlay Casino. They offer a fantastic selection of online slots, including modern and classic titles, and new releases appear frequently.
While writing this review of FuturePlay Casino, some slot games we found include Beam Boys, Red Hot Luck, 16 Coins Grande Gold Edition, Nugget, Super Strike, Wild Heart, Moon Princess, Pirates Party, Feel the Beat, Loki’s Riches, Arctic Sky, Blazing Wilds Megaways, God of Wealth: Hold & Win, and Good Luck & Good Fortune.
Live Online Casinos & Live Games At FuturePlay Casino
If you want to play live dealer games, you will be happy to learn that FuturePlay Casino offers a solid selection. They offer live dealer games from Pragmatic Play LIVE, Evolution, and Alg. This is great to see, as it ensures you can enjoy live dealer games from the market leader, Evolution, along with games from smaller studios like Alg.
Pragmatic Play LIVE brings its A-game with titles like ‘Lucky 6 Roulette’ and ‘Treasure Island,’ both now seen as serious contenders to Evolution Gaming’s game show titles that have dominated the live casino industry for so long. Pragmatic Play also offers standard live casino games like Speed Blackjack, American Roulette, European Roulette, and Speed Auto Roulette.
Evolution Gaming, of course, is still the clear market leader in the live casino industry. While their games aren’t available to players in all countries (they didn’t appear when we wrote this review – from a Canadian IP address), players in most countries should be able to enjoy them. Evolution Gaming is known for its state-of-the-art live dealer games, crisp HD graphics, multiple camera angles, and unique themes and concepts.
All popular Evolution Gaming releases, including Crazy Time, Monopoly LIVE, Football Studio LIVE, Deal or No Deal Live, and their standard casino table games. We also found a company called Alg at FuturePlay Casino. Alg’s offerings like ‘Saturn Auto Roulette’ and ‘Prism Roulette’ add a unique flavor to the mix. They’re perfect for players wanting to try something new – from a software provider most are currently unfamiliar with.
Table Games and Video Poker
FuturePlay Casino, like all online casinos, offers a robust selection of classic and niche table games from leading providers like Playngo, BGaming, and Pragmatic Play.
For blackjack, you’ll find single and multi-hand variants and options like 21 Burn, Super 7, and Zoom Blackjack. Roulette is similarly well represented through six standards like American, European, French, and VIP wheels, plus more unique games like Auto Mega Roulette and Roulette Crystal. Most FuturePlay Casino games can also be played for low stakes, making them perfect for those on lower budgets.
To complement the classics, FuturePlay provides unique takes like Top Card Trumps plus a suite of poker games ranging from 3-hand Casino Hold’em to Caribbean, Triple Edge, Turbo, and even specialty games like American Poker Gold and Magic Poker.
Just be aware if you are playing with casino bonuses, winnings from free spins, or funds from the welcome bonus, you may not be able to play certain popular games. If you find a title in the game library you want to play, when using distinct bonuses, check the terms and conditions before playing to ensure the games aren’t restricted.
Progressive jackpots At FuturePlay Casino
Like any reputable online casino, FuturePlay offers various jackpot games. You will find these under the “Drops & Wins” tab on the top-most game navigation menu, although you’ll only find Red Tiger Gaming slots here. If you want to access the main progressive jackpot game section, you’ll need to hit the small arrow next to “Slots” and select “Jackpot.”
We found a solid selection of games, with some notable titles including Hot Slot 777 Rubies, Wild Wild Riches Megaways, 9 Burning Dragons, Leprechaun Goes to Hell, Glam Life, All the Copa, Charms and Clovers, Dragon Kings, Fruit Bonanza, Riches of Robin, Gunslinger, 10000 Wishes, Rags to Witches, and Beast of Wealth.
In addition to the site’s progressive jackpot slots, we also found a few casino table games with progressive jackpots. This includes Casino Stud Poker.
About the Team and History
FuturePlay Casino was launched at the end of 2023, and from the beginning, it was designed to offer a mixture of casino and sports betting products. In a press release we found online, a representative for the online casino said:
“At FuturePlay, we envision a world where the thrill of Sports and iGaming converges with the pioneering spirit of the digital age. We are spearheading a transformative wave, fostering a community where enthusiasts can not only place bets using cryptocurrency but will also witness the birth of a new exhilarating sporting category.”
The sports category they mention is Machina Sports. It’s a unique concept that we covered earlier in this review. Regarding ownership, FuturePlay Casino is owned and operated by Dama N.V. and holds the following online gambling licenses: Curaçao Master License 8048/JAZ, No. 8048/JAZ 2020-13 Antillephone N.V.
In addition to Machina sports betting markets and casino games, the site also offers video slots, live dealer games, progressive jackpots, casual games, Crash games, full-fledged sports betting, and eSports betting.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, the number of countries the site is able to accept players from is somewhat low. Only players from the following countries can join: Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Australia, Luxembourg, Ireland, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Austria, and South Africa. Clearly, this means no UK or US players.
However, given the site’s age, they are only just starting out, and we may well see them entering new markets – potentially receiving additional online gambling licenses – in the future.
Complaints and Track Record
Given FuturePlay Casino’s age, there are no complaints, criticisms, or accolades in the Casinomeister forum at the time of writing. This will likely change as the site grows in popularity. However, we do have a long history with Dama N.V. casinos, and the forum is packed with posts from players – good and bad – about their experiences with the operator. We’ll show you what some of our members say below.
Firstly, here’s a quick summary of our experience with the group from MaxD. He summarizes things pretty much perfectly in this thread, stating:
“Years ago, there were serious problems — the old Warnings tell that story — but that was ages ago, and things have very much changed since then. These days, I probably end up handling at least two player complaints a month regarding one Dama site or another. No surprise there; there are a lot of them, and you know how many times I see players get mistreated or handled unfairly? Absolutely zero!
These days, Dama is one of the most responsive, professionally run large casino groups out there. So much so that I’m happy to take any player’s complaint against any Dama casino without hesitation, and you know why? Because it will be settled quickly and fairly, without exception.”
In the same thread, other users weighed in with their opinions of the brand. For example, hhhhello said of Run4Win – one of their sites – “No BS, Nice deposit offer, 40x bonus wager, no max cashout, withdrawals processed in less than 6 hours every time.”
There were a couple of mentions regarding inadequate responsible gambling tools, such as this comment from Avernite: “I found Wins to be an excellent casino personally, but I decided to no longer play at Dama NV casinos because of how easy it was to remove limits. Usually you can remove 6+ month exclusions in 7 days, anything else 24 hours. When I set a limit, I prefer them to be honored…”
But, on the whole, the thread showcases relatively positive experiences from Casinomeister members.
In this thread, Nate pointed out that most Dama N.V. Casinos operate games from software providers like Play’n Go at lower RTP settings. He revealed: “Just a heads up to those who play at Dama / Direx NV brands. Play’n Go has been reduced to the 84% RTP model on some casinos. They don’t display the RTP in their help files, so you need to check the Google developer/network console to confirm it.”
So they’re not perfect, but no online casino group is – and for a Curacao-licensed operation, they’re definitely one of the better brands with whom we have a strong reputation. This means that if you do run into any problems, we’re able to get involved – in most cases – and liaise with the operator to find a resolution for you.
