Lights on – nobody home…

Europlay-Malta is not paying players, is ignoring player issues and third-party efforts to raise those issues on the player’s behalf. Players are strongly advised to avoid this casino.

Original Complaint:
I made 3 cashouts from this casino several months ago. After much much chasing they asked for my bank details, however I have not been paid. This was the only email they sent, in all that time – saying they could not return my money to moneybookers, and required my bank number to make a bank payment. This was on 30 November. Since then they have ignored all emails. However, this week they have launched a new download casino. So they still operate but they have no intention of paying. They casino is linked to Europlay Sportwettcafes in Austria, licenced in Spain and seems to be run from Costa Rica. These are the cashouts, still showing in my account:2010-10-30 11:58 €100 Withdraw pending
2010-09-17 21:35 €577.5 Withdraw pending
2010-08-18 10:57 €500 Withdraw pendingAs you can see, the oldest is from August 2010. Total=1175.5 euros.

We made three attempts to contact this casino. No response.

Avoid this casino at all coasts.
