Buck and Butler Casino – one of the stupidest names for a casino for quite a while has gone rogue. They boast about being a “Nordic” casino – too bad they are being listed as a “no pay” casino at Casinomeister.
We have had some no pay complaints submitted to us via our PAB service, and the casino’s response was pretty much “speak to the hand”. They will not cooperate with us – even though their players are willing to sign authorization papers so that we can find out why this casino is refusing to pay these players.

Buck and Butler withdrawal option is not even in use. Customer service is saying that this is a technical problem they do not have any idea when it is going to work. I have more than 2000 EUR which I wanted to withdraw but it is not possible.
I have also sent my documents to verify my account but they have not even contact me in a week.It is odd that they are accepting deposits in but are not paying moneys out.
This situation concerns every player in casino so this is actually fraud!

It’s been over a month now since I have been trying to withdraw my balance. However their withdrawal system is completely down and not functional at all.
I have written numerous emails and went on chat every day or so and have received the same answer ” we are doing the best we can ” We apologize for this inconvenience.

This is an EveryMatrix operated casino. Players of Buck and Butler are pretty much SOL on this one – any grievances can be submitted to the MGA (preferable) or to Curacao (AntillePhone license number No. 8048/JAZ) complaints@gaminglicences.com (good chance you will get a response).
We will update this rogue listing as soon as more information comes our way.
The bottom line is that they should not be accepting players if they can’t pay them. Accepting deposits while stalling payments is unethical and paints this industry with a brush of rogueness.
