Rainbow Riches Bingo Launched By Playtech

New product is the result of collaboration with Scientific Games
Launching in desktop and mobile format simultaneously this week is Playtech’s new Rainbow Riches Bingo, a product developed in collaboration with Scientific Games.
Rainbow Riches is a brand familiar with land casino punters as a popular slot, and the bingo offering will benefit from its high visibility.
In a statement Thursday, Playtech revealed that its experienced bingo team spent several months perfecting the product, developing a number of innovative features, and paying particular attention to ensuring the brand’s unique elements and characters remain aligned with the original casino game.
Playtech’s development of the game was mobile-led, first across handset and bespoke tablet platforms, followed by desktop client delivery.
Rainbow Riches Bingo includes two industry-first, network-based jackpots to ensure a maximum amount of daily winners. Split between gold, silver and bronze prize bands along the games’ ‘Rainbow Road’, the first jackpot is triggered once the correct amount of shamrocks has been drawn.
The second jackpot is triggered on an individual basis via the wishing well bonus. Players select a lucky number and every time their number is drawn, they collect a gold coin. Once a player fills his or her well a bonus is awarded.
Gary Keaney, head of bingo at Playtech, said: “Rainbow Riches has an extremely loyal community and we have worked very hard to build and deliver further social elements to the new game that will both engage existing players, and also attract a new audience.”
Jeremy Bowskill, Interactive CTO at Scientific Games applauded the work carried out by the Playtech team, saying that they have added “…some highly innovative new features that differentiate the product from our standard Rainbow Riches bingo side games” whilst remaining true to the brand’s original and classic gameplay, bonuses and characters.
