MGA Cancel Licence of Wish Me Luck Ltd

The Malta Gaming Authority ( MGA ) who have in the past proven to crack the whip against licensees who do not ensure compliance, have today announced the cancellation of the licence issued to Wish Me Luck Ltd. During the first week of March, the MGA also took the same action against Neptune Entertainment Limited.
At the time of writing, the website for Wish Me Luck Ltd appears to be down, but a quick scan of the Wayback Archive shows that they sell online raffle tickets, whereby purchasers are able to be entered into virtual prize drawings.
However, the MGA this morning on an announcement on their website states the following: “The Malta Gaming Authority (hereinafter the ‘Authority’) is hereby notifying that Wish Me Luck Ltd, gaming licence MGA/B2C/342/2016, has been cancelled as of 12 June 2019.”
“Wish Me Luck Ltd has thus been directed to proceed with the cancellation process of the Authorisation, and to suspend all gaming operations with immediate effect. In addition, a notice on the Authorised Person’s website/s is to be displayed informing all players that the Authorisation has been cancelled.”
Customers of Wish Me Luck Ltd are further advised to contact the MGA via email: support.mga@mga.org.mt should they have any issues with regards payments and withdrawal. By contacting the MGA, customers are also requested to quote Wish Me Luck Ltd’s gaming licence number.
