Isn't it down to where you're playing from?

I play only at Maltese casinos.

Send 1.Irish passport/driving license pic
2. Proof of address

And once I was asked for a pic of my card for deposit. Literally never been asked for anything else ever despite turning over 5 figures at 3 different casinos this past 6 months.

I honestly think if I were in the UK I just would not play. The fun is being sucked out entirely imo.

Asking for a copy of a Will is deeply insensitive and as has been said will probably not prove anything.if they are going to go down that route, the Grant of Probate would be more relevant but again may not be definitive.
Casinos like Casumo and Videoslots are always quick to trot out the preamble about having to follow the regulatory guidance issued by the UKGC but why is it that at a casino like Sky Vegas you can deposit and withdraw thousands without even having to provide KYC let alone SOW.Those supposed regulations must apply equally to all casinos regulated by the UKGC so are we saying that Sky Vegas are flouting those regulations and running the risk of fines of millions of pounds? Somehow i think not.

Because the UK based companies understand the law.

Going through ,the process of sorting out probate for my wife will at the moment, its a absolute nightmare, the thought
of a casino asking for a copy of the will or grant of of probate would probably send me over the edge, how the fuck
have we reached the stage when this could possibly happen, surely data protection or confidentaily regulations must
have a bearing on this somehow. All this just for the opportunity to lose your money at some shitty casino

Being a WOMAN it's very difficult to MAN UP! but thanks for the sexist opinion.

Yet another person who fails to read everything and types before reading.
I said about 2 pages ago what I'd be doing, the fact there are still conversations going on isnt a problem to you is it? I mean this is a forum where people discuss things isnt it?

If that is the case then there is something deeply flawed with those outfits like Casumo and Videoslots who must have legal teams for that very purpose.
I suspect that the main difference between UK based casinos and those outside of the UK is the UK casinos having lobbyists with influence and MP's/ ex MP's on their payroll

Your posts are quite aggressive. And not helping your cause.

VS have already said they sent to you a list of of possible requiresments, not a list of everything you see to seed

They are not aggressive, yet again I think if you looked back at your own posts you might see you're the most aggressive person here.

And my "CAUSE" doesn't need any help, as I've explained a few pages ago I wont be sending SOW and will just wait until they (Videoslots) go through the motions and pay me in due course.

Thanks for your ever helpful input though.

Nobody is special, just man up and do what they ask you to provide if you dont have anything to hide, I give creed to @Videoslots for handling this in a polite matter.

I wouldn't give SOW to any casino either. Just out of principal.

Also, if you're a company director, especially this year, it would be a minefield trying to explain SOW lol

Wouldn't matter as SOW is intended to be an on-going exercise/dynamic risk assessment so, even if you did, chances are if your play changed etc etc later on, you'd get it again. It's not a one stop shop exercise (and nor should it be - otherwise folk would be squeaky clean at first deposit if they thought they were only getting asked once at the start)
