Whatever else you want to say about Videoslots (aka VS), they are a genuine phenomenon in the online gaming scene.
Founded by a former affiliate, VS has been incredibly successful, relentlessly innovative, driven like a military operation, very professional and, every now and then, a real PITA. Of course I’m only speaking from a player complaints point of view because that’s what I do. The issue I’ve had with VS is that the owner/CEO guy hasn’t been shy about the fact that these days he’s not a big fan of affiliates. Sometimes it seems that he lumps us into that category — unfairly I would say because we do so much more for the online gaming community than your average affiliate — and as such our ability to effectively pursue player issues with VS has not been without its rocky periods over the years.
These days we seem to have a reasonably healthy working relationship and for that I am grateful. VS gets few complaints and those that do arise — either via the PAB process or on the forums — are usually promptly dealt with.
They also have a uniquely significant presence on our forums which means that players won’t grow old waiting for a response to any other issues or questions they may have. You may not always like what they have to say but at least you’ll know the answer soon enough.
