Their VIP program is non-existent, and you only get one free withdrawal each day — after that, they hit you with a £2.5 fee. That’s not a bank-breaking sum, but it can stack up over time. 

The good news is that they won’t hit you with any withdrawal limits here except for £10,000 per transaction, and they seem to keep things clean — enough to earn a green light from us.

We’ve known the guys at Videoslots since their very beginning, and later they opened MrVegas. For years, the policy with MrVegas was “no forums,” and we were fine with that since we knew the team and have always found them to be honest, fair, and reliable. 

Exceedingly few complaints from any of their properties, and they’ve always held and respected good licenses. We have no problems with any of their casinos, and as such, MrVegas receives two enthusiastic “thumbs up” from us at Casinomeister.

First Impression

Launched in 2011, MrVegas online casino has more than a decade under its belt. The platform is owned and operated by Videoslots Limited, a Malta based company behind Videslots casino — an online casino that managed to carve out the Best Casino Of The Year 2023 title here at Casinomeister. 

From what we see on their website, they hold three valid licenses — SGA, MGA, and UKGC.

On their offer front, MrVegas is home to over 7000 games in total, including video slots, table games, scratch cards, and live casino. They also let players deposit and withdraw funds using all the usual go-to options — from VISA and Bank Transfer to Skrill, Paysafe, and PayPal.

    MrVegas seems not to cut corners with their casino bonuses and promotions. They feature a welcome bonus, weekly bonuses, and exclusive jackpots.

    Welcome Offer

    The welcome bonus at MrVegas comes off as decent. You can claim a 100% deposit bonus up to £200, the wagering requirement is 35x, and you get 60 days to meet them. The minimum deposit you’ll need to put in is only £10, but you can’t go over £200 because that’s their maximum.

    Looks good enough, right?

    Well, it is solid if you’re okay with not being able to cash out any of the bonus funds. Also, if you’d like to meet the wagering requirements by taking some of their progressive jackpots for a spin, dial down your enthusiasm. Only slots, live casino, and table games count toward meeting wagering requirements.

    At the time of writing this casino review, MrVegas online casino didn’t have any no-deposit or no-deposit bonus spins offers. If they decide to step up their game, we’ll update this casino review accordingly.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

    Disappointingly, MrVegas Casino doesn’t do much to reward loyalty. There’s a distinct lack of VIP, loyalty programs, and exclusive offers, so here’s hoping they’ll do something about it to keep their loyal players. In the world of online gaming, absence of perks doesn’t really make the heart grow fonder.

    MrVegas online casino supports a variety of major payment methods — Visa, Maestro, Neteller, Skrill, Pay by Phone, PayPal, Siru, Zimpler, and several others. Keep in mind, though, the ones you’ll see available may depend on your location. For reference, MrVegas accepts Interac, too, but as with all Interac casinos, you’ll see this option available in Canada only. 

    Before you toss any money in, you’ll need to verify your account first. This may feel like a hassle, but it’s a solid measure to stop underage gambling. A big thumbs up from us for this step.  

    The minimum deposit typically depends on your payment method, but in most cases it doesn’t go beyond £10.

    Withdrawal at MrVegas casino is kind of a mixed bag. While they don’t impose any withdrawal limits (except for £10,000 per transaction), there are several bumps you may stumble upon on your way to cashout.

    Customer support at MrVegas is a bit rough around the edges. It’s not like you can’t get hold of them, don’t get us wrong. But you’ll need to spend a good deal of time tackling automated questions before you finally connect with an actual support representative. It’s not the end of the world, but when you’re in a hurry, this won’t exactly help you save time. 

    Once you do get their attention, however, you’ll get your questions answered quickly and professionally. We’ve tried contacting them both before and after signing up, and they were helpful each time, so thumbs up for that.

    KYC

    If you thought MrVegas online casino doesn’t take KYC checks seriously, you were sorely mistaken. You won’t be able to deposit any cash until you verify your identity by uploading your ID, passport, or driving license. At a certain point, MrVegas casino may also require you to provide a source of wealth document, such as a bank statement. 

    Once you’ve uploaded your documents, it’s up in the air how long you’ll wait for them to go over everything. The only thing MrVegas support made clear is that they’ll give you an update ‘as soon as they can.’

    MrVegas Casino Experience and Features

    MrVegas online casino’s website is infused with neon flair — from the logo to bright and shiny CTAs inviting players to sign up for their promotions. Overall, getting around the platform is pretty intuitive, although their game categorization could use some work. 

    They’ve hit the mark with an extra dropdown menu that streamlines game choices, allowing you to select games with free spins, megaways, multipliers, sticky wilds, etc. 

    Still, they could improve user experience by letting players test each game in demo mode. Why should anyone lay down their bets without knowing what they’re getting into?

    As for the mobile experience, MrVegas online casino doesn’t have an app, but everything renders smoothly in mobile browsers, so this shouldn’t be an issue.

    If you were about to head over to the MrVegas Table games section, hold onto your hat because, for some reason, they decided to give players a run for their money. There’s basically no Table games section anywhere to be found, so you’ll have to fish for your favorite title in the search bar. 

    Oddly enough, there is a Blackjack section in the right-hand sidebar where you’ll find around 40 titles. Everything else, such as All Aces Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, French Roulette, European, or 21+3 Blackjack, you’ll find once you manually search for it. 

    Live Dealer Games

    The majority of live dealer games you’ll spot at MrVegas Casino are powered by the pinnacle of live casino quality — Evolution. There are also titles by Playtech, Pragmatic Play, and Authentic Gaming, but in a noticeably lesser volume. 

    Once you head over to their Live Casino section, you’ll see everything from classic casino games, including different blackjack, roulette, and baccarat variants, to game shows, such as Adventures Beyond Wonderland, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and Dream Catcher.

    About the MrVegas Team and History

    MrVegas online casino was rolled out in 2011 by Videoslots Limited, a Malta-based company licensed by four authorities, including the UK Gambling Commission, The Malta Gaming Authority, the Swedish Gambling Authority, and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

    There’s one more license on their roster issued by the Danish Gambling Authority, but oddly enough, it’s held by a different entity — Blueberry Ltd.

    Also, there were certain issues in the past with how Videoslots Limited implemented anti-money laundering policies and managed responsible gaming measures, and as a result they were issued a £2,000,000 fine.

    Complaints and Track Record

    As always, we got our teeth into our track record and discovered that we had no major complaints about MrVegas casino over the years.
