Rizk - 24hr pending guideline - The New Norm

Just a quick gripe/vent/moan, There was a time not long ago that I recommended Rizk left and right for many reasons, but one of the main highlights was the lightning fast withdrawals. I often joked that the withdrawal lock was rather pointless as by the time I went to hit lock the withdrawal was already in process.

I griped when the 15-60min average became a couple hours, with good humor.

When my standard WD pending period moved to 8+ hrs I griped with less humour about the now standard "We strive to complete withdrawals within 24hrs" response from support on any inquiry about pending times.

Now that my average wd time sits at 12+hrs and my current one is around 18+hrs pending I'm rather humourless.

My loyalty and continued play on Rizk from here on out is pending... period.

It's a shame as Rizk is probably the only MTST casino I played at regularly, and that was largely due to Captain Rizk. Shame about the dodgy GIG group behind them. Only closed my account due to SOW concerns, but at least CR answered my questions and didn't try to hide and not answer them like many other reps did at the time.

Its not just rizk.. its mt secures new guideline... they wait you to play your money back

The basic policy at all MTST sites has always been 24hrs, but it's only Rizk I've noticed a major delay at over the last couple months, Guts still cashes in a couple hrs, Cashmio is usually fairly quick, Shadowbet and Metal are decent as long as it's during office hours. Omnia was more on par with Rizk, but it's a new label so I don't have pre-existing expectations that were created by prior play and loyalty there.

Just rubs me the wrong way that basic operating policy was upended basically overnight and the pat response is "that's always been our policy" sure... and my policy is to not play at places that keep me pending longer than a few hours (as a general rule) *shrugs*

Guts..... Last year withdrawals used to take couple minutes to one hour... Now allways close to 24hours if you dont go to chat and ask them to hurry...

What method are you using to withdraw too?

Rizk have implemented a automatic payment system, like Videoslots Casino has.

When I withdraw now to Neteller and Lock it as soon as I request the withdraw, the withdraw hits my neteller basically instantly, usually 2 minutes wait time on avergae, but it is basically instant for ewallets. So you should use neteller if you want instant withdraws. :)

Maybe they just don't like the cut of my jib, only use ecopayz.. maybe it's an anti-maplesyrupsucker conspiracy?

*shrugs*

Still get near instant withdrawals at videoslots, direx/N1, Twin and others.. It's nice to have options ;-)

Guts.. 12 hours pending and still counting... support has told me twice that they will try to speed up withdrawal... Shame that it has come to this with mt secure casinos... Not going to play any of their brands anymore

We're always trying our best too keep the withdrawal times as low as possible and reading that you have noticed such an increase in the waiting time is sad to hear.

The amount of withdrawals we have has gone up lately so our payments department is busier than ever, but we're glad that there are so many winners withdrawing. To battle the increasing amount of withdrawals we're constantly recruiting more payments agents into our team and I hope and believe that you will see improvements with the withdrawal times shortly. Our goal is, of course, to achieve our signature lightning fast withdrawal times again.

Your shit I’ve been waiting nearly 24hrs still not approved I’ve been here over 3+years sort it out ur going to lose custom like this I’ve already considered changing casino

Without a doubt, the competition has seen a healthy increase in "used to go to rizk" deposits from my IP
When loyalty seems to be a detriment rather than something to be honoured and rewarded it's an easy move.

I think it's clever PR spin, more winners so our hands are tied kinda thing. When really there is no excuse for withdrawal times to go UP in this day and age

Seems like something that used to be done in the same office space as live support that is now separate and less efficient, so either less staff doing more work, or same staff dealing with more work..

Since they've shuttered most of the side projects and start-ups, I'd assume it's the former..

I made a withdrawal at about 0330 this morning: went into my account straight after to lock it and it was already showing as approved!

I hear that from others as well, yet every one of mine for the last 3-4 months+ has been longer and longer. Two days ago, during office hours, it sat pending 12hrs again. One starts to take it personally after a while.
