Yes, sorry for the delay of responding, too busy at work today, I can confirm miracle happened ABC verified me, and paid the long pending withdrawal.

They still requested some document, I provided it as last ditch effort, luckily it worked albeit not sure how relevant it was due to being a saver account not something I used for deposit.

Thank you Jan for assisting on it, probably helped to make the verification team reduce the number of documents requested in some way (as I provided a lot of the relevant documents already).
