Processing of docs Inetbet

Bonjour Casinomeister,

I am relatively new with online gaming. Already sent a pm to the representative of Inetbet about the time it takes to process my securite docs, after winning 100 on 10 usd., which has taken 4 days uptil now.

The question is: does it always take longer to get paid compared to a casino where you can walk in? I have opened a moneybookers account and am living in the Netherlands.

With inetBet: I sent the docs on 14 December and they are still processing it.

Is this normal in online gaming? Do you have some more info on casino's that pay out the same day or the next day?

This is quite normal - and when they figure that you are a regular player, then quick payments are pretty easy to get. iNetBet, 32Red, Intercasino, Omni all pay within a day or so...sometimes it's only a matter of hours - especially on weekdays. :D

It really matters little as you are not eligible for a withdrawal from the free chip you claimed. There are numerous other accounts that have been opened and claimed the same free monies from your computer and IP. This is strictly against our rules.

In future if any other players have any queries them please use our support team and not online forums. You will find that your queries are answered much faster.

This is truly strange.

I was told that my docs were still being processed and havent heard anything yet. Now I suddenly hear that I am not eligible? I have met all requirements and sent the docs. However, I do not have a withdrawal pending because it doesnt let me, first the fax form bust be on file...

I do not understand this and am very unhappy about it.

Please advise what to do now.

Where do you get the idea that I have multiple accounts?

I am new to your casino, met requirements and sent you the docs securite. I am afraid it is just an excuse not to pay me. I dont understand this, because it says you are accredited by Casinomeister.

I find it really strange that you have not replied to my earlier emails and request online about the fax form, and now you suddenly say that I am not eligible?

There is nothing wrong with their withdrawal system. In fact, once they have legible docs they have the fastest payment system I have ever seen. From the time they read my copies I emailed ...they emailed me back within an hour and said my withdrawal was in my (QT) account. I looked and it was there. If your ducks are in a row they are amazing (and this was on a Saturday:thumbsup:).

Inetbet, like many other casinos, get real cranky over multiple accounts, identical IPs and using this board to "shame" them into paying players who would not otherwise be entitled to "winnings."

The problem is that playing at an internet cafe is against the rules.

The computer at the internet cafe you played was probably used by other players at Inetbet for the free chip, so it looks to Inetbet that you have signed up multiple accounts because the IP address is the same for each account. Does not matter that you personally have not redeemed multiple free chips because the same computer has been used to redeem them.

This is what tends to happen when an offer gets circulated among a large group of people. This seems that a large body of people knew of this offer, perhaps through a forum, and blitzed it by using an internet cafe. There is no sure way that the casino can determine whether this was 30 separate individuals, or one individual who tried 30 times.
Since this was the same COMPUTER in that internet cafe, this strongly suggests it was NOT 30 separate individuals, as if it were they would sit at various computers in said internet cafe.
It is not so much PLAYING at an internet cafe, but REGISTERING. Upon registration, the identifiers are read for that particular computer. Once this has been done, subsequent play can be from other computers with little in the way of problems.
This kind of "abuse" is targeted at free chips, as it carries no negative risk as no deposit is required. All that is needed is to wait for one of the accounts to produce a cashable balance, and then get THAT account verified by the casino. Large deposit bonuses are also targeted, but capital investment is required, and this increases the risk when found out.

When you do get this reply from inetbet for playing in this internet cafe woyld you share it with us.
You have many that would do this from a internet cafe and it's against the rules and that's that.It's a shame you had to find it out the hard way.
