I closed my account at Playojo because of their withdrawals. I won a daily jackpot of 22k, was only allowed to withdraw 5k at a time, each withdrawal took days to process and i couldn't make another withdrawal till that one had been processed.Can't remember the exact time now but took about two weeks to get it.

It was easily the worst experience i have ever had at an online casino and as you can see by my join date on here i have been playing a while.

And fees for depositing are wrong as well.

Ojo finally took of the reverse option, no choice, they lost my business. Min it's in my bank account. CLOSED ACCOUNT. and as for gigadat they suck the bag big time. Etransfer supposed to be instant not 5days. Bank transfer vs, and risk. 24hrs if withdraw before noon, otherwise next day I can live with that. Ojo dont respond support.

Gigadat sucks? Are you insane? If they are any late its because of the casino. Its the most reliable payment processor ever and they charge the casino instead of the player. Gigadat is a 3rd party provider, uk and Malta licensed casinos have no choice but to use them, because etransfer is for canadians only, spreading wrong information I don't think so. Think about it gigadat is located in Manitoba Canada, they don't proscess on weekends or holidays, in Canada etransfer is instant . Hence it should be like players who use Visa direct, 1-2 hrs. But no canadians still don't have a same day withdraw method. So I will stick to bank transfer. AND I DONT HATE THE WORLD. So chill out.

Sam, it takes a day or so for Gigadat to process the e-transfer. The casino doesn't do it directly, it gets sent to Gigadat whom then send us our money.
I just withdrew at OJO on Wed, and got paid today btw.

So all iam saying it's not a true etransfer, just like uk visadirect instant. Etransfer in Canada instant. So going 3rd party is just another bank transfer. Sorry. As for ojo I closed it. Worst dealing with them.

limits and some about charges on deposits which is something I hate but they dont charge on visa deposits
and say the withdrawals are now unlimited,seems that most of the problems start if you hit big, with predatory
practices used to get you to reverse of redeposit winnings or unreasonable document requests before they
will process withdrawals.
Is the site worth giving a chance or best to stay well away,Any comments would be much appriciated

My experience with PlayOjo has been great. Easy e-transfer deposits, and just as easy e-transfer withdrawals. The only knock is that your w/d can sit pending even after you have been paid for one extra day, delaying any subsequent withdrawals. Game selection is fantastic. CS is much improved. Payment options are ok. Little slow sometimes but nothing crazy. If you have a big win be prepared for managers to be very very busy not approving your payment until their promised 11 hrs then 24 hours then ok ok 4 days gone by just pay the the damn dude. Hiya my fellow Canadian buds, yes that is what my rant is partly at BTG in the other thread. I was working on a contest idea for everyone here on casinomeister and part of that has been taken away so my frustration level is high today.

You guys ever realized the weird speed these 2 providers had on any skillonnet casino? One second lag but not really lag before each spin then the rest at 90% normal speed. Bonanza seemed to have a pre recorded range of 20 different results and showed you these over and over again. I never talked about it before because I understand someone could have cried bout it but the fact that they were offering btg games and with nextgen provider was even more wrong. I have to give praise where its due, joined OJO a couple of weeks ago,and found them to be very impressive,
the support chat is way ahead of any casino I have played at,they were quick, had all the info on hand and
couldnt do enough to help.I did have to send SOW stuff which is currently being reviewed and withdrawals

Not sure why but I lost my a lister status there a few days ago and now dont get any free spin offers at all,
even the standard ones i got before being made an a lister.I asked chat why I had lost the status and they wouldnt give me a straight answer or put me through to the a lister chat team.

if thats the case its a bit of an insult and I wont deposit again.Checked my net deposits for the period
while I was an a lister and made about 300, little of that through rewards.so it shouldnt be down to bonus abuse.
To be honest I didnt really understand why I was made an a lister in the first place, my deposits were not great.

I made a £25 deposit tonight. Got a message saying my deposit was pending and nothing happened, then the deposit screen came up again with all the same details.
So I assuming something hadn't worked, I entered my CVS number again and pressed deposit.

I then found I had a balance of £50. Which isn't a big problem. EXCEPT that I have a Deposit limit of £30.
So, how were two deposits totalling £50 allowed, with a deposit limit of £30 ??

Oh well, I'll play with £50. But on attempting to load a game, I got a popup saying " You can not play for real money at this time. Please contact the support crew". Which I did. Only to be told that my problem would be passed on to the relevant department. I'll assume I won't hear anything until after the weekend now

I've checked the 'upload documents' section in my account, and nothing is listed as requested.
In fact I had to submit some updated kyc documents in June, in order to make a withdrawal. So that shouldn't be the problem.

So I've now got £50 sat in my account, more than I should have been allowed to deposit, and I can't play it.
