The reversal is not correct Brian i waited on my first withdrawal for well over 16 hours & could & did reverse the withdrawal & lost it £800 quid, im used to getting payments done within a few hours , this casino sent me a very last minute e mail to ask for another proof of address the following day, although i had already sent one in , then sent another via mail & upload & still have heard nothing , not very good in my book to be honest .

Regarding deposit fees. In the last thread it was mentioned that we pay for them at all casinos, just maybe not as an up front cost. I disagree. I deposit at Videoslots, no charge. Unless they are altering the RTP of the slots then I fail to see how I am paying the same 2.5-3.5% fees by spending my money with them.
