Resolved PlayOJO problems

Anyone else struggling with PlayOJO? I’m having a few different issues and getting absolutely nowhere trying to resolve them as customer service is non existent! I’ve had a withdrawal pending with no email updates for days, I received the incorrect number of spins on a big bonus round and I’m not hearing anything back!

I’ve been trying to contact them for over two days through email and chat. I cannot make any withdrawals even after my banking information has been verified and I’ve tried multiple times. I need to update my email address as well and need support to do that. Now I’m trying to login and I can’t even do that! It’s says there’s an error. I have over $200 that I’ve won and once I get it I’m deleting my account because this is just a joke.

@roxyrolla14 , have you tried contacting the casino rep here on the forums. They are @EGO and should be able to help you if you send them a Private Message regarding your situation. They're usually pretty good about such things.

If that doesn't work out you're always welcome to use our complementary Player Arbitration (PAB) service. With PlayOJO we're usually able to get to the bottom of things fairly quickly.

Crazy how they still accept deposits at weekends though
I’ve heard and literally it’s been nothing but the run around. They asked not a PDF bank statement so I sent that and apparently it’s not good enough to prove I own my account so I sent them my direct deposit form and again, not good enough although it has all the information they’ve asked for! I’m literally at my wits end. I’ve dealt with a lot of online casinos for years and OJO is the worst! I’m on the phone with my bank to see if they can somehow provide me with a form that will magically work. It’s just a joke. At this rate I’ll probably never see my winnings.

I'm pretty sure that you'll receive your cash with the help of this site, so try not to worry too much. The problem is customers shouldn't have to chase down customer services via external sites. The industry is rapidly going down the pan, and I for one applaud what the ukgc is doing to accelerate that.

It’s been back and forth literally all day with them asking fora bunch of nonsense and nonexistent statements my bank doesn’t have. I can’t be the only person that bank that plays at OJO and can’t make magic happen. Im in Canada. I don’t know what the UKGC is, sorry. What I do know is that this OJO casino is trash.
