I’ve been playing mainly Crazy Time on PlayOJO, and yesterday, I finally hit a nice win—£4,000 from a x20 Top Slot on Cash Hunt. Naturally, I requested a withdrawal right after.

However, trying to get support has been a frustrating experience. I’ve contacted Customer Service multiple times today, but, as usual, they’ve been unhelpful. I’ve also messaged @EGO to assist, but I’m being completely ignored.

Why is there such a double standard? Depositing funds is always smooth and effortless, yet withdrawing winnings turns into a hassle and headache. I’ve never had these issues with other platforms like MrVegas, Virgin Games, Grosvenor Casino, or Party Casino. They process withdrawals—big or small—within two hours directly to my bank account.
 
Similar situation to yourself , I requested a withdrawal on Friday the 29th , still been palmed off and no response with any clarity , they said to me that mine was declined by my bank via Apple Pay even though I deposited via this method , all seems very unprofessional never had this issue with other website providers

I’ve never had any issues with smaller withdrawals on PlayOJO—they’ve always been smooth, although they tend to take a while. I’ve consistently deposited and withdrawn using the same method, so I’m unsure why this process has suddenly become so complicated.

This treatment makes winning feel unpleasant and discouraging. It’s frustrating that after a fair win, the withdrawal process becomes such a hassle. It really takes away the joy of playing.

Have you tried contacting their representative here? They’re usually helpful and might be able to assist with this situation. @EGO

It’s like they kicked my withdrawal back to me so I would gamble it and lose the winnings , they is no reasonable excuse as to why . Everything is above board on my side .
 
Setting yourself a ‘timeout’ is a smart move—make sure you do that! For the next 24 hours, your money will stay safe!

It's Sunday... not all sites will process larger withdrawals over the weekend, and all sites will conduct a review of larger withdrawals (as per their regulatory requirements). Given how many threads we get at the weekend about PlayOJO, it's not clear if they process any withdrawals at the weekend...

Be patient, and hopefully they'll process it on Monday. If not the @EGO rep can get involved.
 
In the past, they’ve processed withdrawals on any day and at any hour—Saturday, Sunday, midnight, midday—it didn’t matter.
 
Times change, and comparing a £100 withdrawal with a £1000 withdrawal is folly because they follow different procedures.

Given the number of threads about PlayOJO, there's clearly a disconnect between player expectations and the operator responsiveness...and one that still hasn't been fixed.
 
It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to be ignored as a customer, especially after winning fairly. Such behavior erodes trust and enjoyment. Other online casinos like MrVegas or Grosvenor Casino ensure smooth withdrawals, making this experience with PlayOJO all the more disappointing.
 
Terrible service with disrespectful customer support when withdrawing winnings! If you plan to play big, avoid this casino. Other platforms process withdrawals within hours

FTR splattering all this stuff across the forums within the space of a few hours is called “wallpapering” and “crossposting” and both are gross abuses of the forums. I’ve now had to gather all this here, thank you very much. Do this again and you will get kicked to the curb.

I get that you are pissed off but making a mess of our forums in order to express that is not acceptable. Not now, not ever. Either restrain yourself and allow people to respond and guide you or find somewhere else to post.

Also, as was mentioned elsewhere, having a fit about payments over the weekend is simply pissing into the wind: like most casinos PlayOjo has reduced staff and reduced payment activity on the weekends and you yelling about it ad nauseam isn’t going to change that.
