Thought I’d ask around here re my Twin online casino withdrawal experience in that getting my withdrawal processed with them is proving difficult.
Deposited €50 with them on 24/03, no bonus…played it to 700 odd then down to 243 at which time I made a withdrawal.
Received an email from them confirming my deposit on 24/03, but no email confirming my withdrawal request made on 25/03. I should note that my account had already been verified with them a couple years back.
By Monday evening the withdrawal was still pending and no email of any description re verification and/or withdrawal received. I logged into their chat to see what the hold up was.
Couple minutes after the chat I received an email asking me to verify, again. The fact that I was verified already appeared to have fallen on deaf ears.
No matter, sent in my docs, again, Monday evening. The same docs I sent in the first time I was verified with them. 3 days passed and my docs and withdrawal were still pending approval, logged into chat to ask if there was a problem…few minutes later I receive an email rejecting my prof of address and card details, apparently I had covered up the wrong digits and the prof of the address they state was of poor quality.
All docs were photographed using the same iPhone 12 and all the same quality, all taken moments apart and most definitely legible and of good quality. They approved one photo and rejected the 3 others as above. I’ve used the same photos & docs to verify with a number of reputable online casinos and no issues, ever.
Sent everything again on Tuesday 28/03 and sent an email to them requesting a timeframe to receive my withdrawal.
Today, 31/03…withdrawal remains pending, docs submitted on Tuesday still pending approval. No response to my last email sent on Wednesday re timeframe.
I understand they are well reviewed here in casinomeister, allegedly trustworthy and with excellent customer service rating. My experience with them to date would beg to differ.
Of course every time I look to see if my withdrawal has been processed I get a pop up asking me if I wish to cancel it. I get the impression that they are drawing out the withdrawal experience in an effort to get me to cancel it and so play again with my winnings, in the hope that I lose it all. I’m compulsive, but not compulsive enough to allow any platform to achieve this end. I don’t reverse withdrawals, ever.
I get the impression that if I did cancel my withdrawal and subsequently win a decent amount, that I’d likely never see my winnings or initial deposit again.
A tad bit predatory but I won’t be canceling the withdrawal.
Is this normal carry on? Are twin.com short of money, or staff? I play a lot, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot, over a number of different platforms and have had some very good luck, but never had any issues with my verification or withdrawal, or with the quality of the docs I submit to other reputable platforms as recommended here. All have always been approved promptly with the funds following very quickly afterwards.
No so with twin.com.
I messaged their rep here a few days ago but have heard nothing back since.
