I’ve been trying to contact them for over two days through email and chat. I cannot make any withdrawals even after my banking information has been verified and I’ve tried multiple times. I need to update my email address as well and need support to do that. Now I’m trying to login and I can’t even do that! It’s says there’s an error. I have over $200 that I’ve won and once I get it I’m deleting my account because this is just a joke.Anyone else struggling with PlayOJO? I’m having a few different issues and getting absolutely nowhere trying to resolve them as customer service is non existent! I’ve had a withdrawal pending with no email updates for days, I received the incorrect number of spins on a big bonus round and I’m not hearing anything back!
