Playojo is my were most of my deposits go now 2nd 32Red. I have had no problems with them and I to use Interac and at least they have better rtp than some. My play experience has been much better at Playojo so even if I did get hit with fees It wouldn't bother so much as I really like the site.

Deposit fees may not be up front at other casinos but the fees Im sure are there like lower rtp as example. So they all have there way of making sure some cost is absorb.

I was a little uncomfortable with my 3k pending with all these bad comments. After 8 hours it was in my muchbetter account. Of of the few that process the transactions in the players currency instead of EUR by default. It makes a huge difference. Today at another casino. I paid 5$ fee on a 90$ deposit (60EUR) and when I cashed out 390 EUR I received 25$ less than the equivalent to in CAD. Only these 2 transactions cost me 30$. If playojo was only using EUR, canadians like me would be the currency fee exchange. So I would have paid around 160$ on my withdrawal. The only other casinos that does that? Rizk and Bethard.

I won a daily jackpot of 22k, was only allowed to withdraw 5k at a time, each withdrawal took days to process and i couldn't make another withdrawal till that one had been processed.Can't remember the exact time now but took about two weeks to get it.

It was easily the worst experience i have ever had at an online casino and as you can see by my join date on here i have been playing a while.

Gigadat is a 3rd party provider, uk and Malta licensed casinos have no choice but to use them, because etransfer is for canadians only, spreading wrong information I don't think so. Think about it gigadat is located in Manitoba Canada, they don't proscess on weekends or holidays, in Canada etransfer is instant . Hence it should be like players who use Visa direct, 1-2 hrs. But no canadians still don't have a same day withdraw method. So I will stick to bank transfer. AND I DONT HATE THE WORLD. So chill out.

Sam, it takes a day or so for Gigadat to process the e-transfer. The casino doesn't do it directly, it gets sent to Gigadat whom then send us our money.

My experience with PlayOjo has been great. Easy e-transfer deposits, and just as easy e-transfer withdrawals. The only knock is that your w/d can sit pending even after you have been paid for one extra day, delaying any subsequent withdrawals. Game selection is fantastic. CS is much improved. You guys ever realized the weird speed these 2 providers had on any skillonnet casino? One second lag but not really lag before each spin then the rest at 90% normal speed. I made a £25 deposit tonight. Got a message saying my deposit was pending and nothing happened, then the deposit screen came up again with all the same details.
So I assuming something hadn't worked, I entered my CVS number again and pressed deposit.

I then found I had a balance of £50. Which isn't a big problem. EXCEPT that I have a Deposit limit of £30.
So, how were two deposits totalling £50 allowed, with a deposit limit of £30 ??

Oh well, I'll play with £50. But on attempting to load a game, I got a popup saying " You can not play for real money at this time. Please contact the support crew". Which I did. Only to be told that my problem would be passed on to the relevant department. I'll assume I won't hear anything until after the weekend now

In fact I had to submit some updated kyc documents in June, in order to make a withdrawal. So that shouldn't be the problem.

So I've now got £50 sat in my account, more than I should have been allowed to deposit, and I can't play it.
