No Complaints Casinos!

I was browsing the complaints section and came up with an idea for a thread: Let's make a candidate list here of casinos that to our knowledge have never been complained about in online forums! Only legitimate complaints count. I'm curious to know how many there are. Anyone can suggest casinos, and anyone's free to disqualify a suggested casino, but they'll have to provide some reference, e.g. a link to a complaints thread.

After this thread has been going on for a while, we should end up with a short list of very solid casinos - casinos we can recommend to anyone!

Nota Bene This is not in any way meant to compete with Casinomeister's list. I've been a member of this forum for about a year now, and from what I've seen, I have 100% confidence in Bryan, his recommendations, and his capability of settling any issues whenever humanly possible. This is just for fun; call it the Creme de la Creme of online casinos.

Here are my suggestions (and some personal comments):

MG:
32Red (no, the roulette article thingy really doesn't count) Other than losing money ;) I have nothing but good personal experiences at 32Red

Proprietary:
Lasseters
AusVegas
Cherry Casino (Won $4000 once, withdrawal was processed in a timely manner)
Paf.fi (Aland based, government run, all profits go to charity. Don't know if it's open for international players. Winnings always paid fast. Software not appealing, however)

Three large betting companies also come to mind, although one might complain that their VP and Keno payout tables are worse than most, but I haven't seen any complaints:
Unibet (I won $1000 once, and they paid it via bank wire in a couple of days, no questions asked, other than "what's your account number?" )
Expekt
Bettson

Feel free to add yours, or disqualify mine:D

Cheers,
SM

Harrods & 32Red i'd totally agree with. I'd probably add Roxy Palace too - now their support is very quick. Also the group of King Neptunes, Trident Lounge and Vegas USA are worthy of nomination here too.

I'd add a note that you'll always find "bonus" related complaints from someone at virtually every casino every now and again. I would tend to ignore those for this thread personally and concentrate on the more pressing obligations of a business, purely because bonuses are so often mis-interpreted or regarded as potential profit-making offers rather than "try us out" offers as they are intended.

Cheers

Hmmmm.....

I think Inetbet is safe enough to be categorized ALMOST as one
of those casinos but I actually saw threads complaining a little bit
but they are actually not majors.. so probably you can enjoy
at Inetbet with infinitely low complaints risk  ".

I like 32red, and they certainly are an honest, decent place.

I don't like though that they have no loyalty program at all - if you are a player who uses no bonuses, you are never appreciated.

I think the following casinos should be on that list:

Eurobet
Coral.co.uk
VC Casino
FHMCasino.co.uk
SpinRoom

...they pay without any problems and the are run by some really big companys in hte UK

I see your point, Simmo!, but I haven't seen any bonus related complaints regarding 32Red, or Harrods for that matter. I humbly disagree and suggest we include bonus related complaints. It takes a special casino to handle their bonuses without any complicated T&C's and other hassles. Just the material for Creme de la Creme! Windy at the top!

As for only legit complaints counting, you're right Dominique, that's always a matter of opinion...but opinions are like a-holes, everyone's got one. Let's just try and reach some consensus here....:D

So far we have the following suggestions:
32Red
Cherry Casino
Cinema Casino
Victor Chandler
Coral
Eurobet
FHM Casino
Spinroom
Trident group of casinos
Roxy Palace
Lasseters / AusVegas
Unibet
Expekt
PAF
---------------
Any more? Any differences of opinion? Inetbet has had some complaints....I'm sure it's a solid and trustworthy casino, but this is Creme de la Creme! No complaints casinos! Remember, we're not dissing anyone, we're just naming the absolute Elite!

Cheers,
SM

Maybe its because it is one of the most talked about casinos, but I think that 32Red gets a fair amount of criticism here. Most notably for their lack of bonuses to regular players. Sure, 32Red likes to pad the accounts of "the chosen few" but for the rest of us......forget about ANYTHING but the 'generous' $32 monthly match.

Also, I have never seen any casino get more complaints about deposits not lasting long than 32Red.

Really, lets be honest, how many times have you read on here, "32Red has such great and fast support, but I always lose there", or "32Red is first class all the way, but they always eat up my deposits so fast"

Am I the only one who notices this?

My vote would have to go to 32Red  . I'm thinking about giving up everywhere else and playing there exclusively. :notworthy

I have not played at 32 Red yet but I wouldnt blame an MG casino for eating up deposits too fast because they simply have no control on the outcome of the games played. IMO MG software is probably the best. Several years ago,I played at 1cnp and I am pretty sure you cannot win more than 30% of the games because its rigged. No matter which casino you visit, even land-based ones, you will always curse your luck when you lose several bets in succession.

I have to agree that MG is indeed the best software out there (though not necessarily the fairest).

And while I am about 95% sure that each individual casino has no control over the outcome of the games, it must be noted that, when looking over posts of the past 6 months or so, a common theme with 32Red is their wonderful CS and lightening fast payouts.....but luckluster results on the games. I don't think it should be overlooked that no casino gets more complaints about not being able to win there....than 32Red.

Or maybe the switch just gets flipped for US players:D

Few and far between...

Wow, Slotmachine, that's a very tough and tight list to crack. :notworthy Interesting thread.

I would say 32Red is "La Creme-de la-Creme", but they've received some complaints as well (think: silcnlayc/sirius). Fair or not, when you're probably the most popular casino at one site (here at Casinomeister.com), you're more than likely going to run into some negative posts/threads once in-a-while.

Even with exceptional casinos like Trident Lounge (too many stamps to collect in order to redeem the bonus), Lassetters & AusVegas (complaints about having to cash that 1st check because of Australian Laws), Ritz Club (E-Cash pin codes), and to a lesser extent Victor Chandler (think: tdoggy), it's unrealistic to be known and go unscathed in the complaints department. Every reputable casino WILL take on some form of discrimination. :(

As far as casinos where we never hear anything negative about them, that would probably have to fall on a casino that's esoteric. I've heard complaints at one time or another, about pretty much every casino mentioned thus far in the thread... say for a couple of those mentioned by GI Joe (COBRA!!!) including Unibet mentioned by Slotmachine.

If I can think of a couple of casinos (to contribute), I'm thinking of:

- Capital Casino (MG): Likely because I never hear boo about them.

- Golden Tiger Casino (MG): I'd gather that there's been complaints, but I've yet to cross paths with any of them.

- Kiwi Casino (PlayTech): Pretty clean, as far as I know (perhaps the elite of the PlayTech's).

- Sunset Casino (Boss Media): Not that I'd ever deposit there. I just don't hear much about this place.

- Peach Casino (Cryptologic): Again, likely because we generally only hear about the more prominent Crypto casinos.

While I would confidently recommend Capital Casino & Kiwi Casino based on personal experience, I'm not so sure that I would be overly sanguine about listing any of these amongst "La-Creme-de-la-Creme".

*As far as THE best (highest of reputation/standards in ratio to the lowest amount of grievances), 32Red hands-down (although, I'm clearly biased :D ).

I agree with both points made (sadly). Another time, another thread.

Thanks for the posts guys, very helpful.

Let me specify what I mean by "complaint". You may disagree, but here's my humble suggestion of what counts as a complaint in this thread:

-Slow payment / No payment
-"Creative" interpretation of bonus or other T&C's
-Reversing withdrawals without consent or notification of customer
-Slow / unresponsive / unfriendly CS
-Spamming
-Blaming someone of "bonus abuse" when they've met the WR
-other justified complaints where there has been unfairness toward the player

Just MHO, but maybe some rule is needed for uniformity.

Being unlucky is not a legit complaint against a casino. Especially when you look at the "winner screenshots" thread, 32Red is very well represented there...

Lassetters & AusVegas (complaints about having to cash that 1st check because of Australian Laws),

Noted, but in these cases I'd be inclined to give the casinos the benefit of the doubt as far as those particular "complaints" are concerned.

Ritz Club (E-Cash pin codes), and to a lesser extent Victor Chandler (think: tdoggy)

Which complaint was that? I can't find it. If you could post a link to the thread, that'd be helpful.

It's a good point, and I think a prerequisite for being considered for the Creme de la Creme list is that the Casino not only has no complaints, but also is generally considered reasonably well known or trustworthy. At first I thought we should only include Casinomeister Accredited casinos, but then I figured it would be interesting and entertaining to learn about other casinos as well.

I agree that we could add Capital and Kiwi to the list. As for Peach, Sunset and Golden Tiger, I haven't heard any complaints either, so I guess they can be included in the list. I hope someone can vouch for them from personal experience....I'm not familiar with them

Here's the current list of candidates as it is now (in no particular order). If you know of a complaint against one of these casinos, post the link to it and we'll take a look, and if it's legit, we'll remove it! Feel free to add to the list!

Ritz Club
Harrods
Kiwi
Capital
32Red
Cherry Casino
Cinema Casino
Victor Chandler
Coral
Eurobet
FHM Casino
Spinroom
Trident group of casinos
Roxy Palace
Lasseters / AusVegas
Unibet
Expekt
PAF
Peach
Golden Tiger
Sunset

Good thread, but I can see how the criteria can be subjective - as to what a complaint "is". Also, the size of the user base is not taken into account since most of us are not privy to exactly how many players each casino deals with. And of course, not all complaints are posted on message boards. I receive them everyday via PAB or normal email. Many of these never make it here.

But besides all this - you have a good list. As for RTG, I don't recall Bodog being complained about. iNetBet has had a couple but either these were resolved or not really considered complaints.

Thanks Meister. All that is very true I'm sure. I guess this is more of a fun list of interesting casinos that have done something right to keep their players happy

Whoops, my mistake. Not that I've played at either one, but I confused Victor "Chandler" with "Curran" (not the first time I've done that). My apologies to Victor Chandler. :D

The casinos that I had mentioned that have had complaints against them (like Ritz Club/32Red/Lassetters/Trident Lounge/AusVegas), are amongst the best in the industry, and should ALL make your list. My point was that pretty much every casino has had to put up with complaints, legitimate or not. I'd give all of these outfits the benefit of the doubt, because I too, feel that complaints against them haven't been overly fair or valuable.

As far as the Cryptologic casinos go, there have been complaints about pin codes for some time now. Is that fair to the casino? Not so sure. I would certainly think that a good number of Cryptologic casinos should be thought of amongst the elite though.

That's certainly a good list being created though, and IF and WHEN the time comes to make future deposits, I'd like to try some of those casinos I've not heard much about.

I think you need to update your data, mate!

Just checked out FHM website & it says casino closed! :eek2:
(Accounts transferred to VC).

Also Eurobet & Corals is the same single casino.

I agree iNetBet should definitely NOT be on this list due to the guy who got caned just for using someone else's computer to sign up.

I don't recall any complaints about Hard Rock, Blue Square or Virgin....
