No Complaints Casinos!

Fair enough, John, I'll remove any of these if you provide the reference, i.e. link to the complaints and we find them significant. As for the complaints about the 32Red sponsored Roulette article, and the complaints about some people having had bad luck there, they really don't count. And the complaint that Lasseter's first payout is by Cheque only, that's not really a complaint. It's clearly stated in the T&C's so if you're not OK with that, you should not open an account there. Only complaints by existing account owners count:D

The good news is, there seems to be a lot of good casinos out there, and there should be no reason for anyone to open an account in a suspicious casino! For any newbies, my recommendation is to stick to Casinomeisters accredited casinos regardless of this list - that's as safe as you can be gambling online.

As for me, I have absolutely no worries, because I gamble at 32Red, and if for some unimaginable reason they should turn sour on me, the Meister will set them straight! But still, it would be nice to try some new ones now and then, especially with Simmo!'s slotjunkies challenge going on.

Updated list for the moment:

Ritz Club
Harrods
Kiwi
Capital
32Red
Bodog
Cherry Casino
Cinema Casino
Victor Chandler
Virgin
Eurobet
Spinroom
Trident Lounge
King Neptunes
Roxy Palace
Lasseters / AusVegas
Unibet
Expekt
PAF
Peach
Golden Tiger
Sunset
Hard Rock
Blue Square

Cheers,
SM

...are amongst the best in the industry, and should ALL make your list. My point was that pretty much every casino has had to put up with complaints, legitimate or not. I'd give all of these outfits the benefit of the doubt, because I too, feel that complaints against them haven't been overly fair or valuable.

Um, Slotmachine if you scroll-up and actually read what I said in both posts, you'll find that I'm NOT in ANY WAY IMAGINABLE saying that they shouldn't make the elite/no complaints list.

I do have an account at both (+ AusVegas) casinos (although I haven't won... and I'm minorly relieved because it would raise some red flags cashing that check in South Korea), but that's besides the point. I AGREE that it's not a legitimate complaint. All I said was that people (myself included) have complained about it, but it's not a substantial complaint. It shouldn't take anything away from it making the list, and I'm saying this for the 3rd time now. They're great casinos.

I played Blackjack at Lasseters and was doing well until I started betting bigger wagers relative to my bankroll. Apparently, the outcomes are very bad for you if you bet a bigger percentage of the bankroll, say over 25%. I've also noticed that I start getting worse play when I step up my bets. I can win in small increments but trying to increase that you get your hands slapped hard. Those in-famed losing streaks get longer and often when you do. I had a similar experience at Global Player.

As far as a posted reference for Lasseters (perhaps Aus Vegas too by association) see: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/lasseters-bj.4650/

Here's a comment: "..... I have seen some very peculiar runs. Not the least of which was a run of 37 in a row of pushes and/or losses. They [Lasseters] hold the distinction for the worst run I've ever recorded."

Thanks for you input to the thread, Westland Bowl.

I humbly disagree, because I don't count unlucky streaks as legit complaints.... I know we all hate them, for sure. But it does not speak against a fair game that a certain event occurs that has a probability of (say) only 1 / 40,000 of happening. Just ask someone who just got a royal;)

Well, I guess I'll just say that I take a 'wholistic' approach to evaluating casinos! :D

There's actually no problem at all playing at both.

General complaints about Wagerworks casinos: 1) the BJ! 2) the "automatic" bonuses they're supposed to give after a certain amount of wagering are almost never automatic (though Virgin seem to have a new system). They use the old casino trick of hoping players will give up or just grow impatient and lose their money. I know it's a bit churlish to complain when you're offered a bonus like the one at Paddy Power, but I'm feeling churlish (the best part is when you send the required e-mail immediately after wagering and they tell you you have to wait 24 hours for the bonus to be "automatically" credited!) :D Blue Square & Hard Rock don't have the computing set-up to support their casinos. On any offer day describing them as "sluggish" would be an insult to any slugs who might happen to be reading the forum...

Nothing against the above casinos, but I just wouldn't want to see them burdened with premature sainthood

Thanks, I was beginning to think it was just me!
I have no problem with their BJ (I only play the multi-hand version though), but you're right about their 'automatic' bonuses that arn't...

The first 4 times BS didn't give me theirs I wrote them complaining e-mails - now I just politely e-mail & ask for it - I get the feeling it would never appear if I didn't.

But that aside, I have not seen any SERIOUS complaint which should stop them being on the list.

I think you need to update your data, mate!

Just checked out FHM website & it says casino closed!
(Accounts transferred to VC).

Also Eurobet & Corals is the same single casino.

I agree iNetBet should definitely NOT be on this list due to the guy who got caned just for using someone else's computer to sign up.

I don't recall any complaints about Hard Rock, Blue Square or Virgin....

No place for Gloden Tiger really. Its a member of the Casino Rewards group which has certainly had complaints against it

Was Ladbrokes on the list yet? One of the very few casinos which I've never had any problems what so ever.

Ladbrokes really is in a class of its own, fast customer support, lightning fast payouts and very low wagering requirements. But if I remember correctly, it is no US.

I noticed that only Cinema Casino was represented from the Vegas Partner Lounge Group, I would like to add Maple Casino and Sun Vegas Casino to the list.

Crazy Vegas had some (for me) surprising carry-over wagering requirements conserning their 15% ongoing deposit bonus, but I suppose it's okay... I just don't think that the others from VPL have these requirements.

A side note, I remember reading somewhere that MG casinos can adjust their slots payouts... I have always done terribly at 32RED.

If you'll just drop the reference to a complaint thread here, I'll remove the casino if the complaint is legit. I also have a feeling they've been complained about, but I don't remember what it was.

Here's the new Candidate List for the Creme de la Creme

Ritz Club
Harrods
Ladbrokes
Kiwi
Capital
32Red
Cherry
Cinema
Maple
Sun Vegas
Victor Chandler
Virgin
Eurobet
Spinroom
Trident Lounge
King Neptunes
Roxy Palace
Lasseters / AusVegas
Unibet
Expekt
PAF
Peach
Golden Tiger (?)

Thanks for the input, caliban. I've added Maple and Sun Vegas.

I remember reading somewhere that aliens abducted Elvis and he's a regular act in another dimension at the Domain of the King Bar and Grill. As for the 32Red payout, they've posted the slot payout% for all to see on their website, check the third-party audit reports. Not any worse than other MG casinos:thumbsup:

Best Ive Found -- Ladbrokes

Without a doubt, Ladbrokes Casino, Poker & Games are the fairest ive found so far. The poker community is friendly and helpful but get this......

Support is a dream come true!!!

Call antime of the day or night 365 days a year and get through in less than 10 secs, everyone speaks good english, they are helpful beyond belief and very sympathetic to players.

Play there regularly and they just give you straight redeemable bonus cash at regular intervals for nout!

It may not have live support but emails are respoded to very quickly.

At one point i was entered into a $300 poker tourney through a sattelite but knew i wouldnt be able to make it as I was out that night. After a quick call, the poker manager kindly moved me to the next same value tournament for a night I was going to be in! TALK ABOUT SERVICE! :)

I reccomend them to anyone!

I don't remember Grand Hotel getting a lot of negative attention. I play there and have good luck and no hassels in withdrawing. Good thread!

Welcome to the best forum on the net - fellow Sussexer!
(Anywhere near Hastings?)

I agree Ladbrokes is one of the best casinos. Their bonus offers are always generous & easy to understand (no convoluted T&C's!).
My only gripe with them is they don't happen often enough! :D

I don't like their poker very much - I don't like the Prima platform & find tables in different currencies a turn off. Never had any problems with them though.

im in brighton, so not too far away. The biggest playthrough Ladbrokes has ever set is a measley 4x on a bonus, which is great for us! :)

I find other poker sites start the betting way too low on heads up (1500 chips and calls at 2.5 on lv1) and takes ages.

A poker site that gives you an unconditional $25 just for creating a player profile can't be sniffed at...

my casinos

i would definitely add
inetbet-
casino.net-
intercasino-
willhill-
vegaspartnerloundge-
casino-club-
grandhotel group

Here's an updated list of online Casinos which no one has complained about in the forums. They are the Creme de la Creme of online casinos. Some have been removed after the last update, and I've added Grand Hotel now. Casino-on-Net does not qualify because of the Reef Club incident. (apropos, I just checked Reef Club's new signup bonus rules - 200xplaythrough:eek: ).

Please remember that there are good casinos outside this list; this list is about casinos that manage to keep each of their players happy all the time - hence no complaints!

If you are new to online Casinos, you can use the following list as a reference for safe and honest online casinos. After browsing this list, check out Casinomeister's Accredited Casinos - click on a casino link that appears on both lists, and you should have no worries.

If you can refer to a legit complaint about one of the following, it'll be excluded from the list.

Ritz Club
Harrods
Ladbrokes
Kiwi
32Red
Cherry
Maple
Victor Chandler
Virgin
Spinroom
Trident Lounge
King Neptunes
Roxy Palace
Lasseters / AusVegas
Unibet
Expekt
PAF
Grand Hotel

They stole a player's winnings. Eventually they did pay it back when it was posted on here, but it definitely counts as a complaint and not the kind of thing a player should expect at a top casino.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/kiwi-casino-resolved.8703/

I would not include these at all.

32Red
Cherry
Maple
Victor Chandler
Virgin
Spinroom
Trident Lounge
King Neptunes
Roxy Palace
Lasseters / AusVegas
Unibet
Expekt
PAF
Grand Hotel

The list is too long really. If it's 'no complaints', then it should be far more exclusive. I don't think casinos in the same group should have more than one listing, as they are typically identical except for a few graphical changes. E.g., Spin Room = Victor Chandler, and King Neptunes = Trident Lounge.

Most UK-based casinos are excellent.

Grand Hotel and its kin are ok I think, although they did do some ripping off a few years back
