There is no best casino they all have their faults, Videoslots - I think recent events have affected them, Trada too limited choice of slots and stability of the site & general bugs in the site, most of the other sites have issues with wager issues from bonuses, reverse withdrawls etc so I have to be honest and say this year no casino should win best casino it should be a case of improve for next year and this year should be void due to no casino reaching the required standard.

Best Rep - Conor & Rachel without doubt.
Best provider - BTG but again by no means perfect.

I've played with them solidly throughout the year and not had an issue. Fast payouts, Bamboo Bonus every Friday and as a VIP there, some extra bonuses when luck hasn't been on my side. So they would be my number 1 for the year.

I would be surprised if Videoslots don't get the number 1 spot overall based on this thread so far. Worst Player Experience -For me this year has to be Betways ignorance in providing their customers with the advent calendar which they where encouraged to deposit and play through £30 for. They professed to not even knowing about this deal despite it being front and centre on their site.And for refusing to either remove the offer or provide a fix to date. Very dodgy practice IMO
