For the newbies, The Casinomeister Awards are dished out right after the Xmas break - usually during the third week of January. It's an "event of the year" which has been held since the early days of 2001.

For quite a number of people, these are the only awards that matter... Screw the rest, these are the best. :thumbsup:

I live in the USA so my choices are limited obviously to just those sites that still accept players from our country.

Choice for Best Casino of the year -- hands down it is 3Dice

I don't post a lot even though I have been a member here since 2009. The call for awards though brought me here to respond. Over my 15 or so years of online gaming I have tried most places good and bad. I started playing Online Poker but then moved into slots and VP. I got burned at some casinos in the beginning, but always learned a lot as I expanded my playing time and had various experiences. Every time something happened that was a problem, I added it to my list of "be careful" items and moved on to a different casino looking for what I feel is the BEST one. I have probably tried over 100 casinos over the years. 3 Dice is where I play the most and have the greatest trust in their business operations. 3Dice is hands down, the best casino out there IMO by a landslide.

3 Dice has never given me any reason to "be careful" ---- There are no surprises and they treat their players very well. Yes, I am an active higher limit player so I am given recognition for that in their comp system, called "Loyalty" awards. There is a benefit given every 10 days and on your birthday or special events like Christmas tied to the amount of your wagering. But that doesn't buy my patronage and is not why they get the majority of my business. They have earned my trust and always deliver as promised. That is why I play there on a daily basis. I also have a very nice win record...which influences my decision.

What is so great about their promotions is that you get to KEEP any bonuses or promotions given when you cash out your winnings. Most sites deduct any promo dollars from your cash out, but NOT at 3Dice. Withdrawals are handled very quickly, usually within a few hours although your only option if in the USA is withdrawing y bit coins. I had a recent $54,000 from hitting 5 wilds on one spin at a high bet, (screen shot posted previously) No problem withdrawing that large of a win. ZERO Problem. They didn't limit what I could withdraw. It was done quickly and at the payout option in terms of amount and timing I requested.

They run both FREE tournaments and paid entry tournaments continuously with nice prize pools. They continue to introduce new fun games which keeps it interesting.

Customer service is excellent and a representative is always available to speak to you with the correct answers. They don't blow you off like other sites who simply give you a link to the T&C's when you ask a question. If you have any input on the site, they listen attentively. Anna as Casino Manager, is available for any questions or concerns and responds quickly. If there is ever a rare problem that pops up, they listen and correct it.

Fall from Grace I - Netent, whose homepage turned into a tacky affiliate site a while ago and have given up on providing decent slots off their own bat.:axeman2:

Best Casino group - controversial, but White Hat are consistent if nothing else and reliable. Others in the top range are Betsson, L&L, Unibet and Sky Vegas

Endurance Award - all those players who still play Bonanza ahem! :oops:

Scummery & Fuckery - the plethora of unlicensed or 1668/JAZ scammers with fake games, using scam non-Gamstop SEO affiliates etc. we know the story by now.... :machinegunner:

Fall From Grace II - all those casinos who make it hard to discover, or disguise the fact they've reduced RTPs on their games to lower maths models and developers who are prepared to offer versions as low as 84% !! :mad:

Cause for optimism - the many UK players who've managed to chargeback money from the fraudulent operators. :thumbsup:

Actually I retract my first vote for pokerstars and change it.

Best Casino: 3dice Casino - I take breaks from it, but it is a great casino, maybe if more vote for it it might become accredited here again.

Best casino: pokerstars is the only one left where I can play my games at their intended RTPs so I guess them?
Best Rep: I dont interact with them much so the only option I have here is Team.Videoslots.
Best provider: BTG and Blueprint simply because they only deal in fixed RTPs.
Fall from Grace: Unibet, for obvious reasons (RTPs)
Worst disaster: UKGC for killing off autoplay and any casinos who have lowered RTPs.

I live in the U.S. so my choices are limited. The two casinos I have had the most luck with are in the same group, same software, etc. They are the Lincoln Casino, and Liberty Casino. Most of my winnings come from the Lincoln Casino, but as far as payouts, customer service, and management are concerned they are equally good. I have never had a problem with getting my money in a timely fashion from either of them and customer service is always helpful at both places. Because I win more at the Lincoln Casino, I would rate them as best.
 
I really wanted to give some input for this but am stumped!! Being in the UK online gambling is, as everyone knows, dying a slow painful death. I only play at a handful of casino's these days and none are that impressive. The only category I can add to is the WORST: UKGC for sucking the fun out of online gaming.... meh!
 
I know, the field is crowded -- not! -- but I'd like to nominate the LeoVegas group for the Phoenix Award: Risen From The Ashes.
For years all we got from LV when we brought a player complaint to their attention was the "talk to the hand" sign morphing into the middle finger.
But early this year we were able to finally connect to their Risk and Support people and ever since then they've been one of the best in terms of receiving and resolving player complaints. That extends to Royal Panda as well whom they had acquired a while back and thus inherited a wee bushel of thorny old problems that all got resolved in due time.

Best Provider - Still BTG (just)
Fall from Grace -Online slot gambling in general. From a pleasant joy to almost chore like, times a ticking on the eventual implosion.

That's about it, nothing much to crow about these days: crap casinos a decade ago or more now look great, average customer service is now the pinnacle etc: sort of now like 'who's the least shite?'
 
Best provider BTG is still the best and gets 80% of my bets.
I haven't played at Novibet but will give it a shot.
This year I have no opinion on the casino of the year. Video slots would be my choice because their withdrawals are still fast but have slowed down a bit. I tend to stick with what I know.

Edit: I got my withdrawal from Novibet after sending more KYC documents. So it's a good casino although slots are limited. It's a good casino and deserves the casino of the year award.

I know they have been blacklisted on site. However, if you take away their one weakness (slow slow payouts) which I understand is a big one!! However, what your left with is a pretty solid brand really. Always pays, offers some of the best bonuses offered at any casino, customer support is 24/7 x 365 days and live. If anything, I feel like if there is a most improved category they deserve it or at least should be un - blacklisted as they really have made major strides to improve in almost all areas, but maybe one..lol..thanks Brent Rodgers

Tough one really as theres 3 or 4 id like to pick - but i probably should go for
videoslots still - regardless of rtp and other bits and peices, i still never have
much of a problem with them, loads of games, and still fast withdrawals. I do like a
couple of L&L , and novibet get used alot too and have great promos/freebies.

I'm starting to have some issues with PokerStars. After 15 years on their tables, poker and slots I'm seeing some cracks in their quality. Can't fault the support, bet tracking and withdrawals but when they got into slots I believe they are slipping. I have issues with PokerStars exclusive slots especially. Promotions that encourage multiple spins, bland own games that rarely pay anything close to the screen representation i.e free spins that result in less that 10x wins. I rarely play them. Also, and this is a tech issue which could be normal, slots that won't load or slots that 'stick'. A stuck slot can take up to 24 hours to resolve with no play until it is. Just my comment on justdoit's post. I also nominated PokerStars as best casino but will be interesting who takes the title and why.
