Islam. Yes Islam, we are allowed to discuss it.

Only in this country would the bleeding heart liberals fall over themselves to get this girl/ woman allowed entry back in the UK.

She claims to have been brainwashed, well yes, that much is true, problem is as consequence of that she's just telling people what they want to hear (read: Taqiya) whilst knowing that we're such a bunch of soft c**** (read: Kafir)

And of course given the selective outrage this has caused, I can see future appeal(s) going in her favour, with the judges rolling over like puppies to accommodate her 'Human Rights'. Then she can fulfil her dreams & mission, i.e Breeder Machine T-1000

Is Anna Soubry actually a Conservative in any way she tweeted that she thinks ISIS girl should be brought back to UK to her family. In what way is Anna Soubry a Conservative with a view like that?

she used to do the television reviews for richard and judy back in the 80's, then became a criminal barrister, whether she specialised in defence or prosecution I'm not sure, she is a bit odd I must say. very aggressive and contrary, she'd probably fit in well with chuka's new crew rather than the conservative party. I bet it was old davey boy cameron who got her selected. oh just seen it says she has joined chuka's harem...:p

She certainly qualifies: "The Bill also allows those born outside Bangladesh to gain citizenship. If they subsequently come to live in Bangladesh, they need to show that one parent is already a Bangladeshi citizen; if they continue to live abroad, as expatriates, they need to show that either a parent or grandparent is a Bangladeshi citizen."

The sticking point is that the onus is probably on her to actually apply for Bangladeshi citizenship, as it doesn't appear that it can just be foisted on her, willy nilly. If she doesn't apply, then she remains British.

Yes, I agree, but they still have to accept her application, she will qualify, but I would be very surprised if Bangladesh says yes to her application, in which case the UK will have acted unlawfully in removing her UK one.
I hope the home office hasn't just pandered to public opinion without actually thinking it through as she will likely get back in if that is the case.

Anna is mentally ill. That is all. Not to mention a nazi

Does she need an upstairs downstairs? She must have heard from a Jewish person that someone did that to punish an Irish girl for being white. That's awful. What does it solve?

With a name like McMaster and modern day R Kelly in Parliament, the solution is to acknowledge a different master. Then you explain that Jesus was the SON of God. God has 1000+ names. Just because they can't pronounce the name, doesn't mean it isn't relevant. Sigh. Descended from the first Canadian school of Divinity from the time of Abolition. It's a thing, my whole life. R Kelly is not a pissant. You don't want to know what happened to my friend Ant. I said to call himself Tony for a reason.

As far as I’m concerned she’s a made her bed let her lay in it. also her family why don’t they join her over there. She needs to be publicly beheaded the absolute scum bag boils my blood the irony of her on the news saying we should have sympathy how about sympathy for all the kids and people who died in Manchester and other Isis atrocities. She is deluded and I for one glad the government actually had a spine to deny her if she was allowed back here there would be anarchy

It doesn't help that the muppets at Sky, BBC and itv keep trotting round to her place everyday to interview her and give her the publicity she craves.

itv news were particularly galling today making sure they were first to give her a copy of the citizenship letter and the BBC reporter summing up couldn't wait to tell us how sorry she is now.

I find it weird that its not just one delusional country but seems to be a liberal thing. Our liberal government in Canada want to bring isis fighters back here and try and reform them. So far they have allowed 60 back here and when questioned about it in the house, the liberals simply stated they are watching them and putting 5 million dollars into programs to reform them :eek2::eek2:

Oh I thought they wanted certain people beheaded so all Canadians Muslim or otherwise could get on with them selves. Not unlike American Helicopters, some could get close and some couldn't. I could wear a Cameo on my neck myself. One idiot thought that made me white supremacist 15 years ago. sheesh. knowledge is power.

Here's how it will play out:

1. Leftie bleeding hearts like Diane Abbott and the BBC will champion her cause.
2. After a lengthy appeals process costing millions she will come back, probably having dropped a couple more junior IS.
3. The state will prosecute her for show, a liberal judge will give her a suspended sentence.
4. Taxpayer will fund extra security in response to death threats she gets.
5. She will sign a publishing deal about her time with IS and earn a small fortune, as another lawyer makes the case that her crimes were committed abroad and not in the UK so she can monetize her story here.
6. The relatives of IS murder victims here can carry on grieving, with a bit of anger thrown in for good measure.

Wow scary

Shamima Begum is not a Bangladeshi citizen and there is "no question" of her being allowed into the country, Bangladesh's ministry of foreign affairs has said.

Theres a surprise.

But what about this bit from that same article:

Lawyers have told the BBC that under Bangladesh law, a UK national born to a Bangladeshi parent is automatically a Bangladeshi citizen - a dual national - but the Bangladeshi authorities assert that's not the case for Ms Begum.

Under this "blood line" law, Bangladeshi nationality and citizenship lapse when a person reaches the age of 21, unless they make active efforts to retain it.

So, it is Ms Begum's age, 19, that is likely - in part - to have given Home Office lawyers and the home secretary reassurance there was a legal basis for stripping her of her UK citizenship.

Quite complex and not straightforward at all.

The same law that allows countless UK Bangladeshi's families to come to the UK as a right to live in the UK with their family members? The Bangladesh government can not pick and choose when that law does and does not suit them

Not at all, but I still think the home office might end up with egg on their face. If Bangladesh state they don't accept her cistizenship then we can't strip her UK one. It's going to be an interesting few days. Can't blame Bangladesh for not wanting her really!
