First Impression
Ace Revenue was guilty by association with the Virtual Casino Group. They had a checkered past when these casinos were owned by the infamous Warren Cloud. But with his passing several years ago, the casinos were renamed and became an associated casino group with the Virtual Casinos. Thus they remained in the Rogue Pit.
They had actually gotten their act together a couple of years ago, but they were recently sold and their support moved from Costa Rica to Eastern Europe. That’s when it went to hell in a hand basket.
Since the move, we have had quite a few complaints about other casinos in the group — mostly unresolved payment issues. There are better RTG casinos to be found – this obviously is not one of them.
