There's no stopping the Boston pro this year

Boston lawyer-turned eight-year professional poker player, Anthony Zinno (33) continued his impressive red hot run of successes at the World Series of Poker Wednesday with a storming win in Event 60 – a $25,000 buy-in High Roller Pot Limit Omaha competition contested by a slew of top players.
It was Zinno's fifth cash – all on final tables in premier competitions – this series, but the cherry on the top for the modest player was his first winner's bracelet in eight years of appearances at the World Series.
The $1,122,196 first prize was his biggest win yet, bringing Zinno's career tournament earnings to over 2 million dollars.
This year's high roller PLO event was the richest in WSOP history and attracted 175 registrations to build a $4.15 million prize pool that enabled 24 finalists to cash.
It can truly be said that Zinno pretty much dominated the event over the three days it ran to end in the heads up against Thai player Pakinai Lisawad. It took Zinno but a short time to translate his chip lead into a win and send Lisawad home with a second placing prize of $693,553.
The composition of the final table, shown here with their take-homes, illustrates to international quality of the players in this event:
Christian Usterud Norway $456,522
Christian Harder USA $332,998
Juha Helppi Finalnd $247,754
Ismael Bojang Austria $187,571
Alexander Kostritsyn Russia $144,305
Shaun Deeb USA $112,675
Christopher Santora USA $89,234.
