Nordic Leisure Announces Takeover Bid For Betting Promotion (update)

Expected to finalise early in the New Year
Nordic Leisure has made a public announcement on the proposed takeover of Swedish sports betting solutions provider Betting Promotion (see previous InfoPowa report).
The shareholding deal will see Nordic Leisure acquire 74.4 percent of the company worth around GBP 4.9 million.
The deal is still conditional on receiving shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for November 4, 2015, however the company seems confident that this would be a mere formality with 60 percent of its shareholders already supporting the deal.
Nordic Leisure expects the deal to be finalised in January 2016.
