Latest promotion has punters running for the urinals

Depending on your personal view, online gambling operator Betsafe's latest Rugby World Cup promotional campaign is amusing and innovative … or rather vulgar.
The company has gone to some expense to equip selected pubs across Britain with purpose-built urinals fitted with motion sensors and an eye-level video screen. The idea is that the natural output of players using the urinals is picked up by the sensors and translated into the movement of animated rugby avatars dodging the opposition on the video screen.
The software records and tallies the player's efforts based on tackles avoided or broken and distance run in a competition to see who can best the score of former England rugby international Kyran Brackley and win a ticket in a draw for a seat at the RWC final at the end of this month.
