Indian Province Now Offers Virtual Horse Racing

Essel Group and Maarm International cleared by provincial government of Sikkim
Sikkim, arguably the most progressive province in India when it comes to tolerance of gambling, has given Essel Group's Playwin site and Maarm International permission to offer virtual horse racing, which launched last (November) month and has been enthusiastically supported.
Both companies have confirmed plans in the near future to expand into sports betting, which should be particularly well received by cricket-mad punters in the province.
