South Koreans Busted In Thailand On Online Gambling Charges

Four South Korean nationals arrested in luxury villa

Thailand police report that over the weekend an illegal online gambling operation was shuttered following a police raid on a luxury villa in Chonburi, Pattaya.
Pol Lt Col Chitdecha Songhong said that four South Korean nationals were arrested in the raid, and evidence that included computers and internet routers seized. He did not elaborate on which websites were involved.
Those detained were named as Jeong Kyujin (35), Han Kyoreh (26), Choi Sung Ming (35) and Bae Jeonghwan (26), all of whom claimed that they had bene hired by a Korean man to operate online gambling sites.
