Online gambling games provider Habanero has launched its latest new online slot, Fa Cai Shen, to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
The 5×3, 28 selectable line game is named after the Chinese God of Fortune, who makes two guaranteed and expanded appearances as a wild during each bonus spin.
Fa Cai Shen also gives players the opportunity to double their winnings in a "beat the dealer" side game, and is designed for multiple platforms in HTML5.
Nic Ioannoy, CEO at Habanero, said: "Combining medium volatility with a popular theme will make this HTML5 slot an engaging proposition, particularly among the host of major operators who have been expanding their Asia-themed content."
The launch of Fa Cai Shen is the fourth major release from the company this year, following Bombs Away, Dragon's Throne and Ruffled Up.
Habanero now boasts a portfolio of nearly 70 video slots, 7 table games, and 10 video poker titles, offered by over 20 operators and provisioned in 14 languages besides English, including eight European and six Asian.
The company recently signed distribution deals with platform providers EveryMatrix and Mediatech.
