Extension of event volume and extra operating hours in Italy welcomed
Virtual sports provider Inspired has launched its Virtual Sports products with Novomatic Group's Admiral Interactive in Italy.
Admiral, who has over 50 shops across Italy, will offer eleven of Inspired's games including football, horses, greyhounds and motor racing products.
In related news, Inspired is said to be heartened by recent changes to Italy's betting legislation with the expansion of virtual event limits from 500 to 2000 events per day and a two hour extension to operating hours.
"Inspired welcomes this change in legislation which will enable our customers to drive revenues further and keep players entertained for longer," Vitaliano Casalone, president of Inspired Italia, said. "Inspired is prepared and capable of fully capitalizing on the expansion of the operating restrictions, by offering the best choice and quality of Virtual products on the market.
"The market for our Virtual Sports products continues to grow in Italy, and with this change in regulation we foresee further expansion through additional channels of content in retail shops and corners, and also more streams of content to online and mobile sites."
