New game to leverage interest in the UEFA Euro 2016 football championships
Yggdrasil Gaming's latest slot Bicicleta promises to take football fans into the heart of the action ahead of this summer's European Championships in France, launching with a half-time network campaign which will see the provider sponsor a Euro 10,000 prize pool.
The slot, named after the iconic bicycle kick, includes a new trophy feature and a football match atmosphere with the crowd reacting directly to in-game action.
In the free spin mode, players execute acrobatic bicicleta kicks which turn into sticky wilds whenever a goal is scored.
This medium variance slot also offers the chance to win up to 24 free spins, with extra free spins, coins and wild reels up for grabs during the trophy feature.
It is also the first Yggdrasil game to be certified to go live simultaneously in Malta, the UK and Gibraltar, launching alongside Yggdrasil's newest Boost promotional tool, Cash Race, which allows operators to define a period during which any spin can be awarded with a mystery prize from the operator's prize pool.
Yggdrasil will host its own Cash Race promotion for operators on its network during half-time of the opening game of Euro 2016 between France and Romania on 10 June.
During the 15-minute half-time break, any spin on Bicicleta can result in a direct cash prize, with players able to win up to Euro 1,000 of the Yggdrasil-provided Euro 10,000 prize pool.
From 11 June, the tool will be available for operators to run their own Cash Races for Bicicleta and seven other Yggdrasil releases. The tools will also be available for all future launches.
